L'allotjament i les habitacions són molt confortables i decorat amb sensibilitat, amb possiblitat de utilitzar l'SPA amb un cost addicional.

Ci è piaciuta soprattutto l’attenzione verso il cliente: all’Ellex ci si sente davvero i benvenuti. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni nella struttura e abbiamo trovato tutto molto curato, con uno staff sempre gentile, simpatico e disponibile.
La nostra mansarda era grande, bella e pulitissima, con doccia e una favolosa vasca da bagno 😍: un vero piacere rientrare dopo una giornata di trekking in montagna!
Le ragazze e i ragazzi della sala sono stati sempre carinissimi e attenti. Alla reception abbiamo trovato la stessa disponibilità, sempre accompagnata dal sorriso e da ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e cosa fare.
Un grazie particolare a Florisa, per la sua gentilezza, professionalità e grande esperienza, e a Bruna, per la sua simpatia, disponibilità e per l’aiuto che ci ha dato durante il soggiorno.
Una struttura bella e funzionale, ma sono soprattutto l’accoglienza e le persone a fare davvero la differenza. ❤️

La localisation de l'hôtel à proximité des remontées mécaniques : très pratique pour partir en haute montagne le lendemain. Le personnel accueillant et la terrasse toujours aussi agréable pour prendre l'apéritif. Le petit déjeuner est très complet.
Le repas du soir pris au Fitzroy Restaurant ne casse rien. Il n'est pas à la hauteur de la gastronomie italienne et ne présente aucun choix en lien avec la région d'Aoste. Pas de charcuterie ni de Fontina en entrée... Dommage.
