I booked an executive room went to the room and nothing executive about it. it was a standard bedroom air conditioning didn’t work. No fridge When we checked out the cleaners were cleaning room opposite and that was the executive room. Very different to ours and very dissatisfied.
The room size was excellent. King bed and a single bed, safe, table and chairs, desk and mirror, large bathroom with waterfall shower, wardrobe, iron, hairdryer.
Free parking and breakfast were included in our package. Good quality buffet breakfast with hot and cold items.
Lovely bar with indoor and outdoor seating available.
Location amazing, very beautiful and a few steps from the Thames and a lovely pub opposite too.

The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable.
The television didn't work.
There were a few things else, some unfinished wire coverings, the batteries loose next to the safe, curtains didn't fully shut.

Nothing to add here, not sure whether the property has a lift so if mobility issues you may need to check availability of ground floor rooms.

Sadly, the bed was really uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on concrete and boney.
The room was clean, tidy BUT the bathroom.. the shower screen leaks!! badly!! there was more water on the floor than in the bath, the shower head sprayed in all different directions other than down! one even hits the door and gets the door soaking wet. Glad there were enough towels to mop the floor.
