It’s convenient to the town, with parking
Comfortable bed. Quiet. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.
Room could have been cleaner. The heating was controlled by reception so contacted them to adjust it! Dust chains and cobwebs above bedroom wardrobe and virtually no toilet roll!
location good and lots of free parking, good price, clean
cold room and a little tatty in places, room safe broken, breakfast a bit basic and slow but OK when it came
Nothing
Beds were terrible, main bed jconsisted of springs wirh a bed sheet, the second bed the same. Room not clean, duvet ripped.
Breakfast excellent. Location ideal for us to go to the Rugby and also easy travel into the city for a show.
Nice, well taken care of room. Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was good with continental buffet plus choice of English breakfast or omelette. Had a nice walk along the Thames river in the morning before my flight from Heathrow and pub across the street was good for dinner. Convenient bus service to Heathrow nearby.
Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together.
All good
Not much as we stayed for 1 noght
A great location. The cooked breakfast was good. Staff are friendly.
Executive room was underwhelming and a noisy extractor fan was blowing directly at the room window outside, so couldn’t open the window on a very hot night. Room was very old fashioned and tired looking. The breakfast room was very tired looking and no character. We were moved to another room which was very pleasant.
Breakfast was a bit basic but ok. Room was fine but could have done with a fridge (it was very hot, even with air conditioning). Location was good for where we needed to be.
Nothing really to dislike although just serving Indian food in the restaurant was a bit of a bind. Luckily, as another reviewer had pointed out, the pub over the road was great for dinner.
Good location. Nice room and very friendly staff. Free car park.
Convenient location.
Breakfast was very basic. No muesli or granola. Chipped china. Used plates were not cleared promptly. Had stayed previously at this hotel but standards have changed..
