Very good
Functionally comfortable. Indian restaurant. Accommodated our bicycles.
I liked the size of the room and the comfortable chairs. Tea and coffee facilities were provided but no fridge or fresh milk. Parking was fantastic. The room was nice and dark for sleeping. I liked the bedside tables.
Like a said no fresh milk or fridge to put it in.
A wine glass would of been useful.
Room was well equipped with a lovely shower. Plenty of parking and ideal for a walk along the river or into town. We stayed prior to catching a flight from Heathrow, so ideal for a stopover
Breakfast was good value for money, however the ingredients could have been of a higher quality
Great location with parking facilities which allow freedom to come and go as we please. Spacious room with a big bed. Overall comfortable stay.
There was some noise transfer from other rooms and the restaurant/pub across the road, but this didn't disturb too much.
Close to airport
Room was dated. Could hear everything through the wall from room next door.
I thought there was a bar to eat at in addition to the Indian restaurant.
The room was lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. I loved the white linen and soft music while you ate.
Location, parking, it was clean
The sign outside is written fancy and unreadable while driving, so I had to park down a street to then walk and find it.
The fan in my bathroom made a horrible noise, I was only there for a night so didn’t complain. However when I did talk to the staff they were happy and friendly. So I’m sure it wouldn’t be an issue. I didn’t have a great night sleep, I woke up every 2 hours which is unusual. So
The location was perfect for our stay as we were visiting a relative in Staines. The hotel was quiet and the area was picturesque. A bonus was that the windows opened so we could let fresh air in and didn’t feel stifled. Breakfast was fine. We only had yoghourt, fruit and toast.
Our room was on the ground floor and the only negative was that when we came back later in the evening the door, (not far from our room), that led to the rear car park and the street was open. This let in cold air but more importantly we felt, as two ladies travelling, that the corridor wasn’t secure. I mentioned it to the member of staff at reception and he closed it, also letting me know that the car park was locked at night.
Clean , friendly, ideal location for what we wanted

Friendly hosts
Great location. Large room. Comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with nice body wash/shampoo. In room drink making facilities and fridge. Good WiFi
I would have scored this property at least a 4 if not 5 out of 5 but the breakfast experience was terrible. There is no system. 3 or 4 staff working hard but could work more efficiently if they had a system in place! Book people in, show them to a table which is laid out and talk them through what to do. None of that was done. Crikey was missing. Tables were dirty, coffee/tea area was a mess. The cooked food took ages to come out and when it did was slopped on the plate and not great quality. Either charge for breakfast and do a better job or just offer continental.
