Not very good
Pros:

Staff acted when i raised an issue, bed was comfy, parking good, bathroom ok, it was pretty cheap.

Cons:

Very tatty and dated, my daughters bed was broken, and not usable, Not cleaned to a high standard,just about ok. Worst thing was the heat, it was crazy hot, they did turn the heating down but was still way to hot. Window was broken so i had to prop it open to make to room usable but then noisy from the traffic. Also a bit of a curry type smell in the room

To be honest not very much

Cons:

The stairs were filthy! The bathroom had mould on the ceiling, the window sills were caked in dirt! Electrical point coming out of fireplace that didn’t work!

Awful
Pros:

It was absolutely disgusting it's was filthy covered in dust marks all up the walls and doors hole in the wall the bathroom smelt like sewage and the toilet was leaking I complained straight away and refused to stay and asked for a refund and the told me to contact booking.com which I did and I still have had a reply from you.

Unbelievable this room can be used
Pros:

Cleanliness of shower room. Location to town centre. Low price of room. Good size car park.

Cons:

TV had no stand and was laid on dresser, unable to watch unless propped up by something. Bedside table had leg missing and was tilted. Window sash broken unable to open without being wedged open. Pillow cases had broken zips. Only 2 out of six lights in the room actually worked. Lack of available staff , reception mostly unmanned. Kettle and drinking glasses too tall to be filled from bathroom tap.
