Piscina extremamente suja. Alugamos por causa da piscina e não conseguimos usar.

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno es muy completo, el lugar es super limpio.
El sector de pileta es muy lindo para pasar un buen momento y tomar y picar algo.
Muy buen servicio en general.

Cons:

Es algo ruidoso, pero porque se escucha lo que pasa en el pasillo cuando estás en la habitación, de todas maneras estando de vacaciones no es grave. El Wifi no es malo pero se suele tener cortes, estando de vacaciones no es importante, pero quizá si tuviese que trabajar desde el hotel puede ser un problema.

Funcionários, localização e café da manhã.

Cons:

Limpeza no quarto não estava legal, inclusive tinha uma baratinha, os azulejos do banheiro estavam sujos e no geral o quarto precisa de alguns cuidados. Fiquei no M10.

Nos dieron un upgrade y nos dejaron alojarnos en el Sais Beach (5 estrellas) por el mismo dinero

Cons:

Nos cobraron a dos veces la estadía, una cuando llegamos y otra sin avisar, suponemos. A través de Booking. Ahora tenemos un problema gigante con el banco por culpa de la incopetencia del servicio de finanzas

BUEN LUGAR PARA VACACIONAR.
Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal. Además se hacen entender perfecto y te resuelven cual problema.
La ubicación ideal para estar en Ponta Verde, casi central. Fácil acceso a lugares donde comer y tiendas(farmacia, supermercado, etc.)

Cons:

No tengo ningún comentario negativo.

Nuestra estadía fue realmente muy buena !!
Desde el momento del check-in nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos, con una atención cordial y profesional. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y muy bien equipada, ideal para descansar.
Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y brindar recomendaciones. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y el ambiente del hotel es tranquilo y agradable.
Sin dudas volveríamos a elegir este hotel y lo recomendamos para quienes buscan una experiencia confortable y de calidad.
