Da abordagem na chegada oferecendo um upgrade pra outro hotel 4 estrelas mas com localização que nao me atendia. Foram muito insistentes e me senti pressionada a aceitar algo que não queria (mesmo sendo um hotel superior). Estava com pessoas com baixa mobilidade e queria tudo bem perto. A justificativa foi que eu iria conhecer aquele hotel, mas também ainda nao conhecia o Palms...

Hotel confortável, bom custo-benefício e próximo à praia.
Pros:

Próximo à praia de Ponta Verde, instalações boas, quarto limpo.

Cons:

Atendimento dos garçons do hotel muito devagar nos eventos organizados, cartão do quarto desmagnetizando quase sempre, o que nos obrigava a ficar voltando na recepção para correção, e o café da manhã é pouco variado para um período maior de estadia. Poderia haver mais opções de sucos.
