Ocorreu um fato que me decepcionou muito em relação ao quarto.

Estou muito decepcionada com o Hotel, fiquei hospedada no Hotel do dia 17 junho até 22 junho, mandei um e-mail contando o que aconteceu, até hoje ninguém se posicionou p nada. Tive um problema no quarto 10 , tinha percevejos no colchão, fiquei td picada, até tenho um vídeo de como eu fiquei. Fiquei com picadas e pelotes pelo corpo.Nos mudaram de quarto, mas nem um pedido de desculpas tivemos, ninguém nos procurou p saber como eu estava. Qdo fui pagar, achei que iam nos dar algum desconto pelo acontecido, mas nada. Fiquei muito chateada com o acontecido. Os quartos deveriam ser mais limpos, inclusive as moças que limpam, deveriam olhar os colchões. Fiquei muito decepcionada, pq escolhi ficar nesse Hotel pq foi uma indicação.

Ruim, não entrega o que um hotel 4 estrelas propõem.

A localização é muito boa. Variedade no café da manhã.

Cons:

Embora tinha uma variedade no café da manhã o local fica muito cheio, dependendo do horário que desce tem que ficar esperando. A cama que eu fiquei muito dura, enxoval também ruim, pedi que me trocasse de quarto e não foi possível. Limpeza deixou a desejar nos banheiros da recepção.

Excelente localização, dá pra ir pra muitos lugares a pé
O hotel é bem organizado e organizado, gostei bastante do café da manhã e os funcionários são muito prestativos

Cons:

Estacionamento do hotel, valores do mini bar, a vista lateral mar quase não tinha vista, pois o quarto ficou no 1º andar
