Unfriendly reception, room has unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom.

Hotelzimmer sauber; bequeme Better.täglich gereinigt. Gutes Früstücksbüfet. Wellnes jedoch poo wahr geschlossen zu kalt. Preise für Masagen angemessen.
Was mir nicht gut gefallen hat war 6 Tage dort jeden Tag ein Tisch zu finden, das personal hat das nicht im Griff keine struktur zielos wird irgenwo etwas abgeräumt und nicht ferti gemacht. Das Geschier stapelt sich auf allen Tischen. Der putz lapen wird kaum frisch gemacht. Da braucht es mehr führung und kordination, bessere einteilung.
Die kage ist etwas abseit wird am morgen zweimal ein Suttelbuss zur ferfügung gestellt der zum Taximplatz führt retour selber organisieren mit Taxi oder öffenlichem Verkehr der ca. 600 m entfernt ist.

Buffet hervorragend suoer auswahl und reichlich.Was mich gestört hat war 1. Etage von fenster gegen eine wand zu gucken und zimmerteppich sehr schmutzig

oda ısıtılmıyordu..gece soğuk oldu, kas romatizmam yüzünden boynuma sırtıma hep ağrı girdi. 5 yıldızlı bir otel müşterilerini üşütmemeli .bunun dışında iyi bir otel. park yeri var. manzarası kahvaltısı odaları güzel. peşin 100 euro depozit istiyorlar, kart olursa geri ödeme 1 ay sürer dediler. fakat hiç almadılar sağ olsunlar. fiyat performans için iyi 1 otel.

Hotel war angenehm und gut. Lage ist auch gut, alles schnell zu erreichen. Dennoch ist um das Hotel selber wenig an Angebot. Bei dem Verkehr in ganz Istanbul ist es schwierig tagsüber kurz mal einzuchecken im Zimmer uns sich fraich zu machen.

Location is OK stuff is OK but never be as a five star I think is a three star hotel in very old room

We were given a free upgrade on arrival due to the off-season, which was a nice gesture and appreciated. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was in terrible condition. Despite having a nice view, it was extremely dirty: the bed and pillows were full of stains, the bathroom had mold everywhere, the floors looked disgusting, and we even found footprints on what were supposed to be fresh towels. It was simply unlivable.

Thankfully, we were able to move back to our original (smaller) room, which was cleaner, but the floors there were still dirty, though less so than in the upgraded room. Please check the photos I’ve attached.

On the positive side, the location is good, the building itself is nice, the gym is very large, and the spa was also enjoyable.

Based on my experience, I would rate this hotel a maximum of 3.5 stars. Without the location, the beautiful building, the gym, and the spa, it would honestly be closer to 3 stars. Definitely not the 5 stars as advertised.

Fairly new building with elegant, quiet sauna, comfortable pool area, excellent service. The breakfast is fabulous and dinner is well prepared with fresh ingredients. A relaxing experience.

Air con was difficult to navigate. Water collected in the bath tub while taking a shower, balcony easily accecible by other rooms as I was on the ground floor. Pillows not the best

Çalışanları güleryüzlü,güzel ve temiz bir hoteldi.Kahvaltısı gayet tatmin ediciydi. Kahvaltıda demleme çay için çay kazanı koymaları çok güzel bir uygulama olmuş.
