Doesn’t justify 5 stars and the Spa title
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the breakfast was perfect, the Golden horn view from our room was amazing. Car park was easy to find.. and all the staff were kind and helpful . Thank you.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is an extreme downhill slope, curved and narrow - add your risk with your tires in rainy days. In the room, there was no window or extractor fan in the bathroom - the entire room was smelling drain and damp, despite the bathroom door was closed. The room was booked for two, but we have been provided with one small set of toiletries in the bathroom, so we had to go out find a store and buy shower gel, shampoo and etc ourselves.. or call the reception and ask for more ? - why -something none corresponding with 5 stars. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was kinked down, the paper was dropping down constantly on the floor. Then, the swimming pool - had been set to function only summer times, the steam room also was closed - due to “maintenance”. So we had only sauna functioning and nothing else for spa. The hotel does not justify 5 stars features, or a Spa title at all. My partner was mad on me booking this hotel unfortunately and I feel sorry too.

A bit overrated, but overall a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Overall, it was fine. However, it doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel anymore — perhaps it was in the past. The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation.

Pluses: a nice view from the room (I stayed on the 5th floor) and helpful staff. The hotel also has saunas, although only the dry sauna was working properly — the steam sauna was not operating at full capacity.

Please note: the swimming pool is open-air, which means it operates only during the warm season.

Cons:

Minuses: a strong and rather unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, no Netflix on the TV, weak and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and the restaurant inside the hotel is a bit overpriced. The location is also a bit far from the city center, so a car or taxi is needed to get around.

Pros:

Alles...het was een prachtige hotel met hele mooie uitzicht via de balkon en personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk 🥰 Het ontbijt was ook top elke dag iets anders en heerlijk !

Cons:

De 2 persoonskamer was kleiner dan verwacht op foto's ziet dat er veel groter uit...kamers zijn wel klein voor 2 personen.
