Good afternoon,

I would like to leave a sincere review of this hotel.

First of all, the location is excellent. The hotel is convenient, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were outstanding. They helped us check in on time even though we had made our reservation only a couple of hours earlier while we were already on the road. On the day of our departure, they also allowed us to leave our luggage in storage, which was very helpful.

I would also like to mention an incident that truly touched my heart. We accidentally left our headphones at the hotel. The staff found them and kept them safe for us. Unfortunately, we did not have another trip to Amsterdam planned anytime soon, so the hotel staff kindly arranged to send the headphones to us by mail.

Considering how challenging it can be to run a business, this hotel proved not only to be professionally managed but also staffed by people with genuinely kind hearts who are willing to help in any situation.

Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We truly appreciate your kindness and care.

Bueno precio calidad pero podría mejorar
Pros:

El hotel quedaba en un lugar tranquilo. Siempre hubo agua caliente, las camas cómodas había una pequeña cocinita para calentar las comidas.

Cons:

En baño no tenía ventilación por lo q todo andaba mojado no había donde dejar el jabón Shampu y en el cuarto en la cocina no había una mesa para cortar la comida, mas q el poner los platos lavados no había mucho espacio. No fue cómodo pero salvó. Y para botar la basura teníamos q salir con las bolsas hasta el estacionamiento. Deberían facilitar esa parte.

Excelente localização, simpatia dos funcionários da receção, limpeza do alojamento e espaço interior aceitável.

Cons:

Ar condicionado não funciona e as ventoinhas não estavam no armário como seria suposto. Só na segunda noite nos foi disponibilizada ( e apenas uma!). Em dias muito quentes torna-se muito complicado conseguir descansar em condições.

Good location, comfy bed, disappointing bathroom
Pros:

The location of the hotel:
- close to the subway station to get to the city
- close to the grocery shop
- the bed was big and really comfortable

Cons:

We got a room designed for disabled people, so the bathroom was totally different from the ones in the pictures. There was no bath tube, no shower cabin, just a shower curtain next to the toilet, which is in a hotel not hygienic. The floor of the bathroom didn't seem clean either.
In case someone gets such a room, they should be at least informed at the booking.
It is not fair to put on pictures of the biggest room with a small balcony, if not all rooms have one.
