Pros:

Es war alles vorhanden was wir für den Kurztrip gebraucht haben. Die Metro war in der Nähe und auch ein Supermarkt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Für jeden war was dabei. Man ist in ca. 30 Minuten in der Pariser Innenstadt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aparthotel.

Bien mais pourait etre mieux.
Pros:

L'équipement est complet, la chambre plutôt bien insonorisée.

Cons:

L'accueil. Les employés ne sont pas formés, la dame était désagréable avec son collègue qui était complétement perdu car pas formé. Elle se plaignait de façon répétée devant les clients que Booking acceptait les réservations alors que l’hôtel était complet.
Je n'en veux pas à ces deux personnes mais à leurs supérieurs qui les ont jetés là sans formation, livrés à eux-mêmes.
J'avais aussi demandé un lit double, je me suis retrouvé avec deux lits simples collés car plus d'autres chambres disponibles.
Ce n'est pas ce que j'ai demandé, j'aime dormir seul dans un grand lit.

Pros:

Personnel de l’accueil très sympathique et accueillant, ainsi que la gouvernante. Très serviable la dame du petit déjeuner du lundi.

Cons:

La dame du petit déjeuner du week-end était très antipathique, elle nous a bien fait comprendre que d’arriver 30 min avant la fin du déjeuner, ça l’énervait. Elle a pas remis de baguette et passe devant nous avec sa plaque du four chaude pour remettre des croissants. Tout le temps sur son natel.
