Not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Nice rooms and facilities

Cons:

Its not a five star hotel!

From the moment you walk in they will try to upsell you which we found very annoying (from room upgrade to kids activities).

The biggest surprise and disappointment is that there is no water. We waited over 45 min to check in and we weren't even offered a drop of water. Restaurants don't have any free water, common areas the same. If you ask they will tell you that the only water they have is chargeable. They don't even replenish the water in the room unless you specifically ask!
No water in the kids club or in sports facility.
This was an absolute surprise and the first 5star hotel where this happened!

On the extra charges:
Cabana by the beach have min spend after 11am
Kids club has extra charges after 2hr
Sports courts are charged (expected so no complaints there but again..no water??)

Feels more like a good 3-4 star than a 5!

Luxury Paradise
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Something we looked forward to every day. Food in general at the resort was fantastic. Staff were great. We asked to change rooms to be closer to the beach and it was done very promptly with great communication throughout. I’ve never said this before, but it’s a hotel I’d come back to. Great for kids as well.

Everything is perfect in this resort!
Pros:

Het ontbijt, alle restaurants, de kamers.. alles was even goed! Veel te doen voor kinderen (speeltuin, klimmuur, gamehal), een goede bakkerij op het terrein en zelfs een kinderboerderij. We hebben enorm genoten en zelfs nog een nachtje bijgeboekt. Het zwembad is ook prachtig en is tevens lekker warm.

The real beachfront hotel on My Khe Beach

Really worth it 😍😍😍amazing location, I think the best in Da Nang and the best on My Khe Beach. The real beachfront hotel. 20 meters away from the ocean. Room view amazing and service top notch.

Schöner Strand, nettes Personal, aber schlechte Zimmer!

Cons:

1.Zimmer: nicht sauber und sehr viel Sachen defekt.Steckdosen ohne Funktion oder Wackelkontakt. Licht: Lampe hing von der Decke. Türen defekt, Risse in den Wänden, Möbel abgenutzt und teils defekt, Gardinen konnte nicht geschlossen werden, Fenster und Türe zum Garten offen und können nicht geschlossen werden von uns selbst. Hausservice musste das regeln.
Decke in beiden Bädern dunkele Stellen.
Spiegel und Schminkspiegel defekt! Modriger Geruch im Zimmer.
Zimmer war unmittelbar vor der Kids Zone, was grundsätzlich nicht schlimm ist, aber wenn ich ohne Kinder Reise und das anders gebucht habe. Schlecht!
Zimmer Wechsel an Tag 2. in ein versprochenes besseres Zimmer.
Zimmer 2: frischer Geruch, aber dann der Ventilator an der Decke defekt, in der Dusche die Haltung der Brause war lose kurz vorm abfallen, der Griff an der Duschtüre war lose. Eine zwischen Türe zum Nachbar Zimmer! Unmöglich, da der Nachbar um 1:14 Uhr telefonierte und man dachte er steht in unserem Zimmer!
Umzug in eine Suite auf Drängen des Management an Tag drei um 22:00 Uhr.
Suite dann perfekt und sauber, aber die drei Tage vorher ohne Erholung und 3 Tage Urs drei Tage Urlaub verloren.
Fazit: 5 Sterne in der Suite ja, aber der Rest ist keinem Hyatt Regency würdige!
Entscheidet selbst!
Ich besuche diese Unterkunft nicht noch mal!

Villas great size, good gym and spa, beach was amazing, food had a verity of options, buggies service was good, staff where lovely
