Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

Exceptional. Happy with my choice of resort for our holiday. Went with my husband, but we would both love to bring our toddlers back (so much for kids to do there, but travelling without kids it was also perfect!).
While the value for money, accomodation, staff, and facility wise was exceptional (we had breakfast included - it was amazing), we never ate at the restaurants outside of breakfast and we never used the Spa services as they were quite expensive (only compared to local restaurants and spas a short drive away). We were happy to pay for a Grab and drive 10 minutes into Danang for exceptional and cheap food (there’s nothing in short walking distance from the hotel). If the weather was better (it rained a lot unfortunately), we would have definitely ate and drank at the restaurants throughout the day while lounging by the pool, but unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to.
The staff there are lovely and polite, the grounds and gardens are immaculate and well taken care of. It is a beautiful resort and I truly can’t wait to go back again!!

Little farm hosted by Jean was the highlight of my daughter's stay here. We would head daily for the feeding and child activities. The joy, laughs and smiles the kids had was a joy to see. The farm is immaculate and had a variety of animals and plants for the kids to explore.

Best Pho I've ever had during my stay in Da Nang. My room is very clean. Staff are also very warm, accommodating, and very responsive.

Location of the resort was excellent. We were upgraded to the sea facing room. Well maintained landscaping and facilities . Housekeeping service could be better. Breakfast was awesome with good range of fruits served especially mangoes. Overall good experience.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Danang and had a very enjoyable experience.

We had originally booked a twin-bed room with garden view, but thanks to our Guest of Honour reward, we were upgraded to a suite. The upgrade made the stay even more comfortable, and we also received full lounge access, early check-in, and late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.

The service throughout the hotel was attentive and professional. Staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly well trained. The entire property was very well maintained, clean, and organized, which made the stay relaxing from the moment we arrived.

One of the highlights was the breakfast options. Guests can choose between three different breakfast locations, each offering excellent quality and a pleasant atmosphere.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with strong service and great facilities.

Nice hotel with plenty of room and great beach access. Checkin and checkout was quite slow but outside of that service and attention was fantastic. Prices were reasonable for a 5 star hotel and a few happy hours etc to help with the cost. Weather wasn’t that great when we were there but would definitely stay again when the weather is better to enjoy the full experience they offer around the open areas , pool and beach. About 30 minutes from Hoi An but grabs easy to get and not overly expensive.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful grounds. Good food, great service, very large bedroom/bathroom, including a balcony and huge closet. My only complaint: the restaurants for breakfast were extremely crowded every day. Quite unpleasant.

This is my return to Hyatt Regency Danang after exactly one year. First and foremost, I am deeply thankful to the GM Adrian and his lovely team for offering me such an impeccable and unforgettable stay again. Thao, Hoa, Tani, Ethan, Sumo and many other associates took an extremely dedicated and consistent care of me even days before I checked in all the way through checkout and departure to the airport, making it one of the most seamless and personalised hotel experiences that I have ever had throughout Vietnam. From the way they welcomed and prepared for the arrival of returning Globalist guests like me, I could well appreciate their immense passion and professionalism at work. They were exceptionally helpful, attentive to details and committed to delivering the finest level of authentic Vietnamese hospitality which I could rarely come across with other international brands. They know what guests expect, and would seek whatever ways possible to get it done and make it right. As a frequent traveller and a loyal fan of Hyatt, I am in full support and recognition of their devotion towards perfecting every single aspect of my stay to make me feel at “home”. Whenever I stayed at the balcony of my room overlooking the beach and listening to the ocean waves, I could have my own me-time allowing for a complete soul rejuvenation as well as a thorough disconnection from all sorts of urban chaos and work stresses. I very much enjoyed the quiet ambience there. Apart from the rooms division which contributed significantly to my comfort, I also have to send my deep compliment to Tam, James, Lynn and various trainees who helped me with preparing the daily cocktails and the yummy Vietnamese iced coffees at the Regency Club. Thanks to the amazing hospitality of everyone, I had a very pleasant and enjoyable week staying with Hyatt Regency Danang, my home-from-home in Danang, and will definitely go back again.

Wow! Just did the morning stretch class with Otis and I wish I had a video of the whole thing.it was so comprehensive and doable. My body and mind felt great afterward. I would love to do it daily going forward! I highly recommend you get up and try the 6:30 class while staying here. They offer a variety of complimentary activities daily. They are held outside near the ocean if weather permits, or in the yoga studio of the fitness center if it’s wet outside. Thank you, Otis, for your calm and friendly way! 🙏🏻

I had an amazing massage session with therapist Vania. She was so attentive and professional, made me feel safe and taken care of. The whole session was so pleasant. Organic, soft sounds of water running, the oils had a calming scent. Perfect pressure og flowy movement. So good for my soar muscles! Might be the best massage I have ever had!

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Our only complaints were the delay in service requests. Taking up to 4 hours to deliver ice to our room on a daily basis seemed a bit lacking. The bed was also was firm and uncomfortable.

High level of service from all staff. Tropical Beach side location and well located btwn Da Nang city and Hoi Ann. Breakfast buffet superb and Exec Lounge had a good range of light refreshments and alcoholic beverages.

This review is based on booking the Golf Package directly through Hyatt which includes 1 round of golf for 2 people at Montgomerie Links, airport and course transfers, breakfasts, and a complimentary room upgrade based on availability (we went from a standard room to a 2 bedroom suite, which was definitely excessive for 2 people). All in all, a very good value and a comfortable stay. At its price point, the resort is tough to beat. Small downsides first: the rooms are a bit dated, finishes aren't particularly nice, gym is so-so, and service is just ok. On the other hand, it's got a great pool, an excellent stretch of private beach, excellent included amenities including tennis, pickleball, water sports, a free arcade, all sorts of lawn games, and even a paid indoor golf sim. Also has one of the best club sandwiches I've ever had, with a fried chicken cutlet and crispy bacon. Highly recommended for a mid-tier resort stay.

We completed a 3-night stay at this property shortly after Tet, as a jumping-off point for day trips to Hoi An and Hue. The property was well-maintained with an exceptional Regency Club serving robust breakfasts and evening hors d'oeuvres. Service ranged from warm and proactive to apathetic (which may be due to a lack of proficiency in English). This is an excellent resort for families with a kids' club and game room. We did encounter some other aggressive guests and those who abused the privileges of the Regency Club. But we had a good time staying at the resort. Food quality was good, and it was convenient enough getting around. We only wish there were a washer/dryer access for guests, as the humidity prevented our swimsuits from drying.

We visited for a family trip and chose the club lounge access option. Both the club lounge breakfast and the evening happy hour snacks exceeded our expectations and were very satisfying. The quality of the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable and well-suited for families.

In particular, the club lounge concierge staff were extremely friendly and professional, which made our stay even more pleasant.

I would highly recommend this place as a family vacation destination.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Danang as a family. I traveled with my husband and our 4-year-old son, and we truly had a perfect time from start to finish.
What really stood out to us were the amazing activities for children. The “Little Farm” was an absolute highlight – our son was able to feed rabbits and goats, which he absolutely loved. After that, the kids went on a scavenger hunt and then did some creative arts and crafts. We spent every afternoon there because he enjoyed it so much and looked forward to it each day. A very special thank you to Jean, Aster, and the entire team – they were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive, and made the experience even more memorable for our son.
The gym was also excellent – very well equipped and featuring a sauna and steam room, which we really appreciated. Beyond that, the resort offers so many wonderful amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing in every way.
