Stunning resort.
Pros:

We upgraded to a ground floor ocean view room - stunning!

Spectacular and definitely coming back.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the beach access, the way they designed the outdoor space, spectacular gardens and greenery, with a mini beach for the little kids at one side and a slide for older kids on the other side. We spent 7 days there and never felt we needed to leave.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit old and some stuff was slightly malfunctioning but nothing that bothered us.

لم يعجبني انا لقد قمت بحجز غرفة مقابل الشاطئ وهم اعطوني غرفه مقابل المسبح وانا دافع مبلغ وقدره وذهبت اليهم واحدثت مشكلة لكي يعطوني الغرفه التي قمت باختيارها في بوكينج لين اخر الليل من اليوم اعطوني اياها ولم احب تعاملهم لاننا سياح عرب

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Beach was super clean and not crowded. Quality of food was very good. Pastries were excellent. Hotel gardens and pool well maintained.

Cons:

Room dis not have proper proper ventilation . The smell of the toilet after using goes into the bedroom. No smoked salmon for a 5 star buffet breakfast.

Nhân viên tại quầy lễ tân chưa thực sự hỗ trợ chúng tôi , đoàn chúng tôi đến vào 2 đợt , 1 đoàn lưu trú từ ngày 5-8/5 hoàn toàn không có vấn đề gì xảy ra . đoàn tiếp theo từ ngày 7-8/5 chưa thực sự hài lòng về cách phục vụ và hỗ trợ khách hàng của nhân viên lễ tân

Easy family holiday.
Pros:

Great set up for families.

Cons:

A little dated e.g blinds were old and didn’t go all the way to the floor and shower head needed replacing. Floors were so dirty which made me wonder about the cleaning quality.

Possibly just the pool

Cons:

Food was poor in choices, Italian buffet was not good, the club access was bad: we had to wait for tables and they only had soft drinks and water after they serve breakfast until 5 pm. I cancelled the club access after one day. They are not equipped to deal with crowds.

Solid stay but safety/design issues with wet bathroom
Pros:

Really lovely and well maintained private beach, great games room and pool

Cons:

Design issue with shower; no ledge in the wet shower area causing water to spread into the bathroom leading to slippage - quite risky! Also lots of guests were hogging sunbeds
