Pros:

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in. The smell all over the hotel is so relaxing and the staff are super friendly.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything I did not like. It was perfect.

Perfect room size & amenities, location is great, and staff are amazingly friendly and professional

Location of the hotel is exactly in heart of the best attractions of city center, the staff are so helpful and friendly, the breakfast is not to the expected level of the hotel and value paid.

Cons:

Breakfast are not to the expectation and verity are limited, this need really to be visited by the management of the hotel

Cama excelente e ótima localização. Equipe também muito bem treinada, limpeza e arrumação excelente. Restaurante e bar também ótimos.

Cons:

Quarto anunciado com 50m2, mas muito mal distribuídos (penso que a metragem anunciada não correspondeu a realidade), além do que cofre não estava funcionando e uma das pias estava entupida, sendo que tais itens não foram consertados durante 6 noites de estadia.

Atendimento excelente, todos os funcionários extremamente educados e solícitos, inclusive no bar. Serviço de concierge bastante eficiente.
O café da manhã superou as expectativas.
Localização espetacular - hotel muito próximo dos principais pontos turísticos.

Cons:

As luzes da automação do quarto não apagam - o quarto não fica com escuridão total para proporcionar um bom sono.
