Pros:

The property is literally across the street from the beach. The rooms were OK (Felt a bit dated). The views were stunning with huge windows. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary cookies and drinks at the lobby. Complimentary golf cart ride within 1 mile. Nice Bali decor.

Cons:

The listing says "Free on-site parking is available.", in reality, they charged my credit card $30 for parking. Not cool!
Only one TV remote for two TVs (Why?)

Incredible view/room with friendly staff and free on site parking!
Pros:

The location is incredible. The windows in my room were huge and looked straight out to the ocean with zero obstructions! Best view I’ve ever had in a hotel. And free onsite parking!

Beds were uncomfortable pillows were uncomfortable. Considering the location and what the hotel charges, they should provide better beds and pillows. Bathroom needs major upgrade. The toilet seat looked super old and damaged making it look dirty. I stayed two nights with my family, two adults and four kids. Every single person complained about the uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Found two dead bedbugs and the pullout sofa bed.

That said, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was excellent.

Travis, a staff member went out of his way to make our stay memorable.
Pros:

I wanted to surprise my husband for his 82nd birthday with an overnight stay at the Pantai Inn. It was everything he wanted, spacious accommodations, a fireplace, ocean view and a staff member, named Travis, who was exceptionally gracious and helpful in making our stay memorable. He not only helped us to our room with our luggage, parked our vehicle for us, transported us to Eddy V’s restaurant and picked us up and returned us to the hotel. He deserves special recognition for the way he treats the hotel guests.

The Hotel is pretty, comfortable and right on the ocean...perfect place to stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect, right on the ocean, a short walk to the beach to watch the seals.
The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They provided "over the top" services such as a golf cart ride to anywhere we wanted to go in town within a 1.5 mile radius; they did our laundry, made sure we were comfortable, and had a great roof top area with comfortable furniture, a gas firepit and a perfect view of the ocean!
The breakfast was also wonderful, the food was very well presented and very good. A good variety and great coffee, too. Note, this hotel has stairs and no elevators, but the staff will assist with your luggage, and parking is close.

Cons:

This was a terrific place to stay!

Cons:

Minor issue. The electronic key didn’t function on our first night. Someone had to stay in the room to let us back in our first night. The issue was resolved the second day.

Pros:

Fabulous location. Great cookies in the afternoon!

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Rooms were dingy and dampish. Not somewhere you wanted to spend much time. Staff weren’t great. Parking is extra.
