Nous étions là avec des amis qui avaient réservé directement avec l'hôtel et le prix nous a semble avantageux..

Nous 213 .00 tx incluses ch au sous sol sans balcon.
Ordinaire..vue sur le stationnement sans pouvoir ouvrir les rideaux de la ch.re: pas d'intimité.

J ai eu accès a Prime pour la Game du Canadien en tant invité.
Le lit confortable .

Cons:

La propreté dans la chambre ,accumulation de poussière sur le cordon du téléphone et tablettes de rangement cuisinette ,cafetière très sale ,je m en suis pas servi.
Local de la piscine pas assez éclairé ,Mercredi après souper aucune serviette dans le local .
Cette hôtel a besoin de beaucoup d amour .

Pros:

La chambre était grande et la terrasse privée a été utilisée

Cons:

Il manque grandement d isolation accustique : nous entendions les locataires du haut marcher toute la soirée et nuit.
De plus l hôtel est à côté de l'autoroute et les fenêtres laissent passer tous les bruits des voitures.
Matelas de la chambre doit être changé car on est pratiquement aur les ressorts du matelas.

Room did not get cleaned.
Bed had a big whole and it wad uneven, I asked the staff twice for a change of mattress or room but both my demands were ignored.

Good place, but some highway noise
Pros:

Convenient location, pleasant overall. Very clean and comfortable. We put our bikes on the balcony, they don't have another place to put them.

Cons:

Our room was on the back. It had a nice view, but a lotof highway noise when you open the window. I would go again, but maybe try a room fcung the front, it might be quieter.

Situation et confort des lits

Cons:

Évier bouché et personne n’est venu le déboucher, malgré la demande.
Des gens d’une autre chambre sur le balcon d’en bas ont veillés jusqu’à petit matin en faisant du bruit.
Personne pour intervenir.

Enfin, nous avons demandé un départ tardif jusqu’à 12h. La femme de ménage a frappé à 10h et nous a dérangé…

Very disappointing, would not return again.

Good location and friendly staff

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, neither of the lamps worked, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The toilet also wasn’t properly cleaned. The pool could have been cleaner, and the hot tub had visible dirt around the sides, with parts of the filter coming loose. The headrest kept coming off, making it difficult to relax. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room and facilities need improvement.
