Comfortable room, good meals
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable with good views. Meal choices were extensive, although more vegetarian options would be appreciated in the hot foods section. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

De slechtste hotel tot nu , eten is slecht , de service is nog erger , kamers niet beveiligd voor kinderen plus de geluid overlast vooral als je de pech hebt een zuiplap naast je zitten. De enige voordeel is de landschap uitzicht zee en berg.

Mevsim olarak yanlış bir seçim olmasına rağmen otele girişimizden itibaren personel ilgisi harika idi. Resepsiyonda Tuna bey, restoranda Deniz bey, diğer bütün ilgili birimlerde çalışan tüm personel müşteri memnuniyetini görev edinmiş başarılı çalışanlardı, hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederiz. Barista Aydoğan’a ise hem teşekkür eder hem de işindeki başarısından dolayı tebrik ederiz. Tekrar görüşene kadar hepsine sevgiler...

Mükemmel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağlayan Akka ailesine teşekkür ederim.Ana restaurant da Serdar Kan, Beach bar da Tansu ve Mehmet Beye güler yüzlü hizmetleri için ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim. Yemekler ve kokteyller çok güzeldi, seneye görüşmek üzere:)

Herşeyden önce otel personeli gerçekten işlerini severek yapan bir takım diyebilirim . Hangi bölümde çalışırsa çalışsın bütün personel güler yüzlü ve çalışkan.Yemekler lezzetli ve güzel ne kadar kış ayında gelmiş olsakta bu kalitede yemeklerle karşılaşmak güzeldi. Otelde tadilat olsada hiç sıkıntı yaşamıyorsunuz . Kış mevsiminde bile tavsiye ediyorum. Teşekkür ederim Akka Ailesi.

Fabulous hotel on the beach.
Pros:

Hotel is fantastic, room very comfortable. Food and beverages and authentic alcoholic drinks plenty.
Great facility offers total relaxation, enjoyment and the entertainment is good.

Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. My family and I travels a lot and this is our third holiday at Akka Alinda, we love it.

Hotel look like 2 star not 5star
Pros:

Rooms was very small and dirty plus bad smiles comes in anywhere and staff was very rude. Location it was very far from city center. Hotel facilities was very poor nothing nothing. Food was very bad. OMG I can not explian what happend in this hotel for us. We stay this hotel for four night it was nightmare. I do not recommand this hotel for everyone.

Pros:

Lovely hotel orientated mainly for russian tourists but staff speaks english too. Highly recommended for families with young children. Good food selection and baby food provided as well. Neighborhood is good. Although wifi didn't work well sometimes. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Beautiful resort and staff were excellent. All inclusive and worth every cent. Long way for us from NZ so might not go back but would recommend it to everyone.Ideal for families and couples especially.
