Pros:

Personnel très sympa, la vue depuis la chambre est incroyable, les buffets petit dej et dinner très variés et très bons. La piscine très sympa aussi. La salle de sport est bien, j'y étais 2 fois et j'y ai croisé 2 personnes seulement donc pas de problème d'utilisation du matériel. Le service navette proposé est très pratique, c'est un bus qu'on peut prendre depuis l'aéroport et qui dessert plusieurs hotels donc il faut compter un peu plus de temps de trajet qu'un simple trajet aéroport-->hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Es gab nichts, was uns besonders negativ aufgefallen ist. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und gleichzeitig ist das Zentrum von Magaluf nicht weit entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Auch die Hotelanlage und der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns besonders negativ aufgefallen ist. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

La comida de calidad y variada,, las instalaciones limpias y nuevas. La piscina con buenas vistas al mar.

Cons:

La cama de la habitación doble es algo pequeña. Está bien ubicado pero hay que subir una cuesta pronunciada para llegar desde el centro. Check out muy temprano. Antes de las 11.00

Cons:

Gros point négatif : c’est le parking , même si c’est marqué dans booking que vous pouvez avoir une place payante , c’est faux. Les places à l’extérieur sont quasi indisponibles , vous allez passer bcp de temps à chercher une place .

Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur mer , mais pendant 2 premières nuits on a une une vue sur les escaliers de service en premier , un bâtiment de la cafétéria , et la mer plus loin.


La región magaluf est loin d’être la plus belle región a visiter, l hôtel est entouré des boites de mutis , bars et trop de bruit.

Pour un 4 etoiles, pas de room de service , pas de service tout court .

Pros:

Розташування і вид найкращий в цьому районі, вечері дуже різноманітні. Якісь програми в барі на даху чи в барі у басейну кожного дня.

Cons:

Басейн мілкий, а шезлонгів завжди недостатньо, пляж на морі був закритий через обвал схилу, але менеджер за це вибачився. В номерах не має капців, халатів і вушних паличок з ватними дисками (дівчатам таке треба)
