The Property was very,very clean and welcoming.
Brian was very friendly and it felt as though we had known him a long time but only met him that once.

What did you like? Everything cannot recommend this place enough, friends who had stayed here before suggested this place to us as we were going to the open air theatre
And we are so glad they did
I can honestly say I have never had a more genuine warm welcome anywhere from the minute you meet them it's obvious Brian & Costa truly love what they do & care about there visitor's...they actually went to the local supermarket to purchase items that visitor's had forgot
It was our first time here but it definitely won't be our last, most of the people we spoke to in the bar were regular visitor's & i totally get that once you've stayed with Brian & Costa you won't want to stay anywhere else
We stayed in room to which was immaculately clean & the bed was soooo comfy i had the best 2 nights sleep i have had in months
If you're coming for the SCOT or Alpamare you are literally 5 minutes walk away from both

Excellent hotel near to the North Bay. We picked this hotel a it was close to the Open Air Theatre in Scarborough.
The hosts Brian and Costa are very welcoming. As I use a walking stick, they changed our room so that I did not have to climb to many stairs.
The hotel reception area and bar where immaculate. Our room was also immaculate. Brian showed us around, making sure all was to our satisfaction.
We preordered breakfast and opted for a cooked meal. There was plenty of choices at the breakfast bar, with hot and cold drinks.
We cannot fault any the hosts or any of the services offered.

Location - a stone’s throw from Open Air Theatre - and warm welcome. Comfy beds, very clean and excellent breakfast.

This hotel is in a great location, very clean, great food and Brian and Costas and currently Tracy too are just fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, we will definitely return.

The property is well positioned for the seafront and open air theatre. The hotel is very clean, organised and welcoming. Rooms are fantastic comfortable beds, clean and relaxing. We found the family room very spacious and even a curtain to separate he double bed from the single bed over the other side which is great for privacy when you child is getting older in teens. Plenty of coffee tea facilities. Breakfast was amazing we never really do it, but the taste was amazing and very prompt service. The hosts by far were the best part of the hotel from warm welcome, to great bar service and karaoke was very much fun with lots of people joining in. We will be back as we loved it so much and our son was made to feel very special and supported.
