Real friendly not false ,enjoyable stay
There isnt anything we didnt like
Relaxing weekend away. A great location around 2 minute walk to peasholm park and 5 minutes from north beach. Room was a great size for the 3 of us cosy beds and plenty of toiletries. As it was easter weekend lovely little touch with the little Easter chocolates was nice. Brian and Costa the hosts are lovely people very kind and friendly and helpful attending to our every needs. The breakfast was 10/10 top marks very good value for money with hot and continental included. Thank you for an amazing time we will be definitely returning soon. ❤️

Slightly bigger towels would have been nice as the ones provided were on the small side.

The owners were very lovely, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was good, we had a kettle and could make tea or coffee, it was quite close to the north bay, we could watch TV in bed at night, it had a lovely new carpet throughout, and there was free parking on the road outside (but better to arrrive when people are going home from the beach to find a spot).
The room was a little small
Breakfast was very good a selection of everything and a freshly cooked breakfast.
