Perfect for a few comfy nights
Pros:

I regularly use this hotel when staying to visit my Father who is in care.

A no hassle, easy to book hotel with super friendly staff, who always make my stay easy and a pleasure. Marie is a great host.

very good every time
Pros:

i have been staying on many occasions on the past few years. Always been looked after
good price, good breakfast and a good sleep for a budget hotel
will return as it is home from home while i am working in the area

Location was very good close everything.
Clean
We had a family room so boys had a built in bunk bed with they loved as a added adventure.
Free parking
Good value for money

Cons:

The place is looking abit dates and needs updating.
Shower was poor.

A great place to stay
Pros:

Positioned near town centre, great access transport bus and train. Very welcoming atmosphere. Excellent price the. room has kettle and fridge in it is variety of drinks and crisps . prices for refreshments in room.
Staff are friendly and helpful go out of their way to be of assistance. The cooked breakfast lovely and excellent price of five pounds. The Manager was eager to make my stay the best. They were happy to support local restaurants in recommending those in walking distance. Chez moi and little gourmet both reasonably priced and lovely. Any concerns I had for example light not working were replaced immediately.
I have no problems recommending the Balmoral lodge hotel. If you are coming to the open golf then bus is outside the hotel and stops in front of the golf course. If you do book here Speak to staff if there is a problem with anything,it will be dealt with. Life is hard enough. Kindness is free.
The international aspect is French speaking. The owners have had this hotel for a number of years. Highly recommend near Southport hesketh park and access to coach trips. Bury market Wales 1940s Lytham festival . Also from local history point of view . It was an important place Queens road Southport name after important royal visitors.

great location great room lovely staff
Pros:

nice location just outside the main town about 10 mins walk to the main street room very spacious and comfortable had a balcony and access to the shared garden and had our own bistro table and chairs to sit and have a nice cup of tea check in very pleasant staff super friendly will definately stay again in the future xxx
