Wonderful location , gorgeous apartment , and excellent staff
Pros:

Location is wonderful, staff are very friendly and responsive., apartment was clean and lovely decor.

Cons:

Beds are a little uncomfortable, main is too soft, and other beds too hard but admittedly that is a personal preference.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Location was amazing and Mei was so helpful. Nothing was a problem. We had a family of five in a three bedroom apartment and it was amazing.

There are quite a few stairs so anyone with mobility issues would have a problem. The plane noise can be a bit annoying at times

Great reccomended apartment for a Gold Coast holiday - we would come again!
Pros:

Great location for beach, walking to cafes/restaurants and sanctuary, lovely views and balcony for taking in the sunset. Well equippped apartment and comfortable space (with 2 bathrooms) for a family of 6. Pleasant staff to interact with.

Cons:

These are very minor suggestions, but a few small things would be a nice additional touch, such as provision of extra towels or beach towels, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc.

Lovely location and great pool and sauna. Little noisy due to planes flying overhead.
Pros:

Mei was excellent. She was so accommodating, and her communication was excellent.

Cons:

The pots and pans were average at best, and the cook top was terrible, rusted and scratched. The air conditioning did not work at all. The noise from the planes was irritating.

wonderful stay with a great view
Pros:

We had an emergency request as the place originally we planned to stay was not meeting our criterias.
They were so friendly and accommodating us last minute and when we decide to extend our stay as well.
Overall it was a great stay, Location, view was excellent.

Cons:

Only thing requires to be changed is the curtains, they are not blocking the sun or night lights. Morning sleeps were impossible with out a mask after 5 am.

Perfect location, spectacular view, excellent hosts and extremely comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation and a perfect location. Onsite managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was well appointed and the view was absolutely spectacular.
