The room AC did not work as needed. It only worked as a fan, without cooling the air at all. Room was very hot and unable to sleep as a result. There was no toilet paper provided. There was only one coffee packet for the two cups.

Basic but clean with friendly staff. Coffee items but no water boiler. Water bottles in fridge was useful.

Missed our connecting flight( thanks Jetstar) and had to quickly get overnight accom near the airport. This place was perfect- near the airport and reasonably priced. It was late at night, so didnt matter that its an industrial area. Clean, comfortable- perfect.

good price for an overnight stay near the airport, when you arrive late and need a rest before going out the next day.

Open the door with a key, not a key card, so it's old-school. But a good size room for the money. Everything I needed.

They were not expecting me and it took nearly 30 minutes to get checked in.
I was not escorted in to the room and had to grope around in the dark for the light switches.
The toilet was actually behind the bathroom door, which I had to stand in the shower recess to close the door to enable me to use the toilet then walk back into the shower recess so I could re open the door to get out of the bathroom. The shower head pointed at the side wall at head height ???? If that`s not enough, when I checked out earlier than planned, reception didn`t even bother to ask how my stay was!!!!!!!!!
THIS WAS NOT A SUPERIOR SUITE. Just a grossly overpriced low budget room

Staff are home coming friendly

Dirty, with most items in the room broken. Even the lock on the door didn't. We ended up leaving and checking into a new hotel

The bed was bigger than expected and the staff were really friendly. The AC also worked really fine.

Honestly, I loved it here. This is not some luxurious hotel by any means but more like a pop and stop hotel (which we prefer and love). We probably got there at 2 am or later and they were still open, Happy as can be and let us come in. People were so nice to us, the air conditioner was super cold, free WiFi, and the showers stayed warm for all 4 of us to shower around the same time. While we were checking out, we had to wait for our grab so we were outside in the heat; they gave us a little snack and drink. We loved how welcoming, kind, and thoughtful they were. I definitely will book here again when I come back!

The hotel is old and run down. Our room was nothing like advertised. We had ripped sheets with stains on them. Hair on the bed, and towels that were so old I wouldn’t even dry my dog with them.
This hotel also smelled so bad. After ten minutes in the room we couldn’t take the smell anymore. There was no view, there was mold in the bathroom and it was in a bad location.
Please do not stay at this hotel!

What a dump! Can't believe Orbitz would represent this. Room was so dingy, dated and smelly we couldn't stay here, we got another hotel to come collect us and checked out within an hour. The area is so noisy as it's next to shipping container storage so it's dusty dirty and didn't feel safe. Hotel desk didn't know or have confirmation of our bookng.
