soggiorno con il mio compagno per un fine settimana fiorentino, staff gentilissimo e cordiale, bravi
Pros:

posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dal Duomo, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione italiana semplice, ma buona! il bagno al di fuori della camera... un po' scomodo, ma privato. Nel complesso buona struttura, ci ritornerei.

Cons:

la camera un po' troppo piccola.

Pros:

Posizione eccezionale...a 2 passi dal Duomo. Personale cordiale. Buona pulizia della stanza e degli ambienti comuni. Colazione abbondante

Cons:

Il bagno e' molto piccolo. Ci sono 2 piani di scale da fare

A great location and a comfortable room
Pros:

The folk were nice. The breakfast was excellent as an example for a Euro tourist breakfast: fresh OJ, croissant, Cappucino, a roll, some cheese, some crackers and cookies: enough for a nice breakfast and a few easy to carry snacks

Cons:

Potential visitors should know: (1) there are a lot of winding stairs to get up to this hotel, and no elevator in building; (2) this was perhaps the only place we encountered in three cities and many stores, museums, etc, where the Italians' command of Inglish was no better than our command of Italian (we never studied Italian in school but did spend month using Duolingo). This was a bit of a problem only because there was a billing confusion emanating from Booking.com, and it was not easy for us to work together to straighten it out. (But we did)

Not worth the price and hassle getting there
Pros:

Location, but almost impossible to find by car. Took 2 hours of driving around to find it.

Cons:

Bathroom, barely even call it that, the towels were like bed sheets, three stories of stairs to climb. £60 a night and breakfast was not included, but they woke us up every morning at 6ish preparing it for others right outside our door. Very noisy.

Hôtel un peu désuet, au décor baroque, personnel aimable, literie correcte.

Cons:

A savoir, l'hôtel est au 2e étage, escalier un peu raide, pas d'ascenseur. Petit déjeuner dans le couloir, devant les chambres. Chambres donnant sur deux rues très bruyantes, bon double vitrage, ventilateur pour l'été. Salle de bain très petite : douche devant le lavabo, à côté des WC très proche !
