Pros:

Posizione super centrale 2 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Santa Maria Novella e a 2 dal Duomo .
Colazione abbondante servita con gentilezza !

Cons:

Bagno un po piccolo per una camera di 5 persone. Ma tutto ottimo !!!!

Camera molto pulita. Posizione perfetta. La colazione buona con brioche,pane,marmellate,bevanda calda e spremuta. I gestori sono molto alla mano Ci tornerei

Si trova al secondo piano di un palazzo antico. Noi non abbiamo avuto problemi ma è da considerare se ci sono persone anziane. Il bagno è molto piccolo. Comunque la qualità in base al prezzo basso è ottima

Pros:

Posizione eccellente. Struttura molto pulita. Colazione all'italiana abbondante e buona. Personale accogliente.

Cons:

La struttura non è dotata di ascensore per ovvie ragioni strutturali (palazzo del '500) ma sarebbe il caso di aggiungerlo nella descrizione, per chi ha difficoltà motorie. Il bagno è estremamente piccolo.

Una experiencia diferente
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente: en pleno centro de Florencia, a solo 5 minutos de la estación y de los principales monumentos. Subir y bajar tantos escalones, aunque cansado, termina poniéndote en forma y fortaleciendo los glúteos. El desayuno está incluido y fueron muy amables en adelantarnos la hora para que pudiéramos aprovechar nuestras entradas tempranas y evitar el calor. Las sábanas y toallas estaban impecables, muy limpias, blancas y con buen aroma; la limpieza en general fue correcta. Además, la decoración de la habitación tenía un aire barroco que, con imaginación, te transportaba a otra época.

Cons:

La habitación no se parecía en absoluto a lo publicado en las fotos (enhorabuena al fotógrafo). El baño… no hay palabra que lo describa: minúsculo, mal diseñado, parecía un armario adaptado de forma irregular. La cisterna, con un aparato acoplado, hacía un ruido intenso cada vez que se usaba, no solo en nuestra habitación sino que escuchábamos también el de las habitaciones contiguas y de la planta superior.

El hotel está ubicado a 56 escalones de altura y no dispone de ascensor; el primer día puede ser llevadero, pero después de recorrer Florencia y sumar cientos de escalones, esos 56 se convierten en todo un reto. El mobiliario (cortinas, cabecero y muebles) está muy desfasado, se notan los años. La pintura de la pared muy bien. No pudimos usar el aire acondicionado porque al encenderlo expulsaba mucho polvo, así que solo nos quedó el ventilador, que con 38 grados en Florencia resultó insuficiente. Las ventanas no cerraban bien (el anclaje estaba roto), lo que hacía que entrara todo el ruido exterior. Además, hubo que pagar 21 € extra en tasas aparte del precio de la habitación.
