For a three day city break the hotel was perfect in every way.
Pros:

The location was very good, the hotel is situated on a Plaza with one restaurant & one bar/restaurant. Very handy for breakfast/lunch & evening meal. 3 min walk to the main town centre & about 5 min walk to the old town, with many bars & restaurants to choose from. The room was ideal, for a 3 day stay, plenty of room & a decent size bathroom, we were pleasantly surprised as reading some reviews we thought the rooms were going to be small. The room was very clean with a coffee maching for pod coffee's or to boil hot water for tea. The staff were exceptionally helpfull too.

Cons:

The only problem we had was the shower in the bath could have done with a bath mat. It was quite slippery so care was needed.

Un bon séjour à la casona San Andrés
Pros:

Emplacement ideal pour visiter Séville, l’hôtel est bien placé, la chambre donnant sur la place etait un peu bruyante du fait de la vie extérieure mais c’était sympathique

Cons:

Il manque des rangements et des étagères clairement dans la chambre et surtout la sdb, ce n’était pas très pratique alors que l’espace permettait de mètre des rangements supplémentaires sous l’évier ou à côté des toilettes. L’isolation phonique de la chambre reste également perfectible - bcp de bruits des couloirs

Très bien
Pros:

L'emplacement est génial permettant de tout faire à pied, cafés , restaurants et commerces à côté.
Le cadre global est magnifique, la chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien agencée

Cons:

L’amabilité du personnel est à revoir, à l’exception de la personne rencontrée le dernier jour, qui était très accueillante. Malheureusement, les autres membres du personnel peinent même à dire bonjour.
Le service de ménage commence très tôt dans les chambres et génère beaucoup de bruit. Étant au 1er étage, j’ai été dérangée par les chaises traînées ainsi que par les bruits de pas provenant de l’étage supérieur, ce qui laisse penser à un problème d’isolation sonore.
Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. En retirant la petite lamelle noire qui cache l’évacuation, j’ai constaté qu’elle était sale et remplie de cheveux. J’ai dû la nettoyer moi-même, en utilisant même la brosse à dents mise à disposition. De plus, l’eau de la douche mettait également du temps à s’évacuer, ce qui est dommage pour un hotel que je retrouve très à la hauteur.
Cela ne remet toutefois pas en question le séjour, qui reste en globalité part très satisfaisant et nickel.
