Genauso begeistert wie beim 1. Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren. Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder.
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Im Bereich Only Adults genießt man die Ruhe . Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich . Das Skyrestaurant ist einfach wunderschön- der Blick über die Dächer zum Wasser. Das Angebot zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind großzügig.

Cons:

Einmal kein Wasser, da anscheinend alle geduscht haben.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly & helpful, good selection of food for breakfast & evening meal.
Pros:

Breakfast & Evening Meal was very good, plenty to choose from.
The spa was good just one day steam room was not working everything else was great.

Cons:

We had to check out at 12 noon, our plane was not until late that night.
Would have liked to have a later check out time even if it meant an additional payment.

Pros:

Hotel tres calme. SPA de dingue et salle de sport au top. Petit dejeuner tres bon
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est super.
Les piscines sont aussi top surtout celle adult only
Supermarchés à proximité

Un peu loin de la plage

Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit nochmals buchen.
Pros:

Sehr schön ruhig. Gute Betten!

Cons:

Dinge die defekt waren sind nicht gleich repariert worden.
Die Bedienungen waren nicht aufmerksam, es wurde übersehen was auf dem gedeckten Tisch fehlt.
Zum Kaffee wurden oftmals keine unterteller gebracht.

Very enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

The hotel layout was spacious and well thought out. Different restaurants for breakfast and dinner were nice and the pool bar area was lovely. The spa was excellent with plenty of pools, jacuzzi’s, steam and sauna’s.

Cons:

The location in Playa de Palma is not the best at nights with young party scene although the hotel was a 15 minute walk from that area so it could not be seen or heard.

BUEN DESAYUNO. Variedad y todo muy rico. PISCINA MUY BUENA.

Cons:

CUCARACHAS EN EL SPA Y EN LOS PASILLOS.... La limpieza es deficiente. El personal no cumplió un encargo que se hizo en recepción y nos dejó sin cava en una fecha especial.

Pros:

I only stayed at this place for 2 nights so I didn’t use all the amenities but they offer plenty! Very welcoming staff, they go out of your way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Room was a good size with a balcony. Air con was in good shape. Good size bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The hotel itself is very close to the beach, walking distance but also a little out of the hustle and bustle. Also you have 3 supermarkets nearby. I would stay here again.

Cons:

There was some noise from the hotel next door like loud music but it didn’t bother me too much. Ear plugs would be a nice addition to the room, I had to use my own.

Excellent stay, I would definitely come back
Pros:

Very good hotel. I especially appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the facilities, and the excellent cleanliness throughout the property. The food was varied and of very good quality, with plenty of choice. I booked during a quieter period, which made the value for money excellent. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

Cons:

The only small downside is that the hotel is a little far from the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there, but this was not really a problem for me.
