Good spot right next to beaches - staff very nice and helpful -

Ho scelto il residence come tappa di un viaggio in famiglia, e devo dire che visto il costo non è accettabile un appartamento del genere, manco le bestie le sistemano più cosi.

Det var trevlig personal men lägenheten var tyvärr dåligt städad. Det låg hårstrån på golvet, i sängen och soffan. Lakanen hade fläckar (det var förmodligen tvättade utan att det gått bort men känns ändå ofräscht samt dammigt på golvet.

Det kändes som att ett budgetställe man borde betalat mindre för.

Very lovely and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable right near the sea and bars and restaurants. Handy bus into the centre also a beautiful walk along the seafront.

a lot of small appartments around a nice pool. kitchen very limited. easy checkin. on saturday was quite party. very close to two nice beaches. city center not quite far away.

A completely worn out and neglected apartman hotel where not even a penny is spent on renovation or enhancement. The mattress of the bed was especially hard.. not to talk about that it was not horizontal ...sometimes i was almost falling off the bed. The cleanliness ... where there is also a much room for improvement. I'm allergic to dust mites... and in the first day i felt that something is not good when I sat down to the couch ( which was quite dirty  and obviously hasn't been vacuum cleaned for ages). Wifi signal was hectic and poor even we were supposed to be accommodated near the hotspot device. The pool's water was extremely over chlorinated... And whenever we opened the windows to get a fresh air all the neighbours were staring at us.. we had zero privacy.  Over the course of the week we spent there there was no clean-up / not even the towels were changed :(  All in all - we 'd never go back.

Comfortable accommodation with a big terrace.. good position to reach very beautiful beaches, ten minutes walk. Receptionist very efficient and friendly and the same the room service lady, 5 stars on friendliness and helpfulness.

Tyckte att öppetiderna till poolen och receptionen va dåliga. Stället hade inga talltikar ingen stekpanna och inget att diska med de fick jag fråga om. Tyckte de va konstigt att man inte fick toalettpapper. Men bra med aircondition bra läga, storballkong men hade kunnat vara mer rent.

Our room was right beside the noisy front gate. It lacked privacy, was in use from early morning into the small hours.

The room's position meant that it was in dark shadow for all of the day.

The furniture was broken, the sofa bed had been badly covered, a table leg was hanging off. The toilet layout was most awkward and the toilet itself wobbled when sat on. The shower was the smallest I have ever been in.

Wi-Fi seemed to be only readily available just by the entrance. Other customers were forever standing outside the shed that was the office by the main gate to pick up the wi-fi as it was not available in their rooms.

The kitchen utensils were incomplete or non-existent. There weren't enough glasses and cups.

When we approached the staff about anything they were dismissive and uninterested. One would dismiss us with her goodbyes, even before we had finished asking our question. We never felt that they were concerned about any of our concerns. They had no conception of customer service. In contract, the staff at the parent hotel, The Bougainvillea, were very helpful.

This has to be one of the worst holiday accommodations we have ever stayed in in 40+ years of holidaying in Europe. Never again !!!!

Urcite vysoko hodnotim polohu. 5 minut peso ku krasnej piesocnatej plaze Maria Pia. Ubytovanie vyborne vzhladom na cenu. Strohe ale ciste. Kuchynka dobre vybavena. Trochu bolo pocut hluk z ostanych apartmanov ale dalo sa to prezit. Bazeny boli super. Jeden je detsky, druhy hlboky. Aj s lehatkami. Do mesta dlhsia prechadzka popri plazi. Nemali sme ziadny problem. Pre nenarocnych by som povedala.

Nice clean and comfortable apartment. The only drawback was it would have been nice to have direct access from our ground floor apartment to the pool, without having to walk all the way round the outside of the building. Also one side of the pool needed landscaping. Otherwise though, everything else was good, and the lady in Reception was very helpful and gave us a toaster when we asked and an electric adaptor as we hadn't brought the right one to use in Sardinia.

We stayed for 10 days, in 2 bedroom apartment (family with 3 kids). Overall, it was OK and and we will not return here. Read below our pros and cons.

PROS:
- Absolutely great pool, kids really loved swimming and playing there. Pool has 2 sections: one for small children (about 60 cm height), another one for swimmers (up to 140 cm, but only about 10-12 meters). It can be difficult to get sunbeads by the pool.
- Very friendly and nice staff
- Good location, about 5-10 mins walk from Maria Pia beach, 10 mins to supermarket and 30 mins to historical city center

CONS:
- Very thin walls, we could hear a lot of conversations of our neighbours
- Very old furniture and equipment, e.g. freezer was not working well. We could live with that.
- Wifi had its good days and bad days. Not always working well, but working.
- Many services were not included and we needed to pay extra - e.g. 5 EUR per day of parking, 8-10 EUR/day for aircon, etc.

We stayed here in June 2016 as a couple in our late 30s with no children for a week. We found our stay peaceful and well located just a few mins walk to beautiful white sand and very clean Maria Pia Beach. There is a large supermarket round the corner a few streets away ie 10 mins walking distance, do not bother with the campsite one across the road, unless its small items as its very small in size so limited and expensive compared to the supermarket where you can get a coffee and a beer! it has this little bar area as you walk in on the left. Supermarket offers the usual stuff but we were impressed with the good selection of fruit and veg, cheese etc and lovely crusty bread rolls to make your lunch. Ask reception for the address.

We stayed on the second floor over looking the swimming pool. If you are worried about noise I would recommend overlooking the pool to avoid any street noise which there is very little, we did not notice it, its a quiet road anyway. We thought the staff were lovely and friendly, they are open for a couple of hours in the morning and then in the afternoon. We were happy to let ourselves in on arriving with the key being left on the notice board and saw the reception staff later that day.

The grounds are well maintained and have shade from the heat with trees and gorgeous flowers. The pool is large and good for swimming lengths. There are enough sun loungers but bring your towel for comfort. The pool can get busy if kids are around but we always managed to have a swim and were really impressed with how clean it was every day.

We LOVED the resident strawberry blonde cat who is looked after by the owners and can be found around the grounds. He is one of the most beautiful and friendly cats I have seen. Great if you love animals and I noticed both adults and children gravitated towards him. It was a delight to see him every day, and I do hope he continues his life with the owners.

Our apartment was really clean and spacious, it was cleaned once in our stay with new towels put out and we were very happy with this. We chose the two bedroom apartment that can sleep I believe 6 people, with two on a sofa bed in the living room. We were booked to stay just one week and the second week at a hotel near by but we were so unhappy at the hotel down the road that after two days we came back and asked if we could have an apartment and were thrilled to be able to stay again in our apartment!

We had no issue with the shower over flowing or it being small, nor did we get really noisy people upstairs. Yes you can hear chairs being scraped, some muffled voices and people walking around so perhaps getting better sound insulation in the flooring is a suggestion. I have read the critiques and I feel that you have to appreciate what good value, quality the apartment offers and accept that being in a block of apartments you will hear some noise. If there are really loud nosiy people, tell the reception staff to have a word with them. I'm really noise sensitive but I slept well even being heavily pregnant. If any noise is a major concern ask for a top floor ie third floor apartment. We cant wait to return.
