Si ritorna dove si sta bene
Pros:

Siamo ritornati ancora una volta in quest' hotel comodo e accogliente. Lo staff gentilissimo ha esaudito la nostra richiesta di una camera all' esterno. Assolutamente pulita, spaziosa e ben riscaldata.. Colazione semplice ma buona. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Personnel désagréable antipathique aucun respect de la pars du personnel 2 nuits réservé.

Ne savais rien faire a juste dis ça ne marche pas et rendu la carte magnétique en disant bonne nuit et en laissant le client sans rien dans le noir sans électricité et sans eau froide
L'eau chaude était bouillante il n'avait pas d'eau froide donc on ne pouvait meme Pas se laver les mains ni meme prendre une douche
Coincé dans le noir total avec juste dr l'eau bouillante tentative d'arnaque d'escroquerie aux touriste l'hôtel est doté de boîtier sois disant sécurisé dans le hall d'entrée pour y déposer le badge carte magnétique et la clé de chambre la personne venu ce soir la a délibérément retiré la clé de mon boîtier et essayant de faire croîre que je l'avais égarée alors qu'il n'y avait que lui et moi dans le Hall de la réception je suspecte la malhonnêteté de cette personne a avoir délibérément pris le double des clés pour faire croire au touristes qu'ils l'ont perdu et donc facturer probablement de ce faite un supplément pour la pseudo perte des clés.. d'autre pars le lendemain matin aucune excuse de personnel Pour la nuit passée Sans eau et électricité aucune proposition de dédommagement ni aucun geste commercial pour le désagrément la gêne occasionnée pour une chambre réservée avec zéro électricité et eau indemnissibe décommande vivent d'éviter cet endroit qui plus est est isolé mal situé et gérer pars ds personne malhonnête et désagréable

Una Catastrofe

L'Unica Nota Positiva
L'unico aspetto positivo del mio soggiorno sono state due signore. Una che lavora al ristorante: non riuscendo a dormire, sono andata lì alle 5 del mattino e lei mi ha accolta con gentilezza, scusandosi e provando a verificare la connessione internet. L'altra è la signora della reception, che è arrivata alle 7 del mattino. Anche lei si è scusata molte volte per i disagi e mi ha offerto la colazione in omaggio. Sono grata a entrambe per la loro professionalità e per aver cercato di aiutarmi.

Mancanza di Sicurezza e Assistenza
La mia esperienza di soggiorno è stata terribile. In primo luogo, non sono riuscita a dormire a causa del rumore. All'inizio ho pensato che qualcuno si sentisse male, ma poi ho scoperto che quelle urla fortissime erano dovute a un rapporto sessuale. Sono andata alla reception per chiedere un cambio di stanza, ma non c'era nessuno dopo una certa ora. L'hotel non dispone di personale di sicurezza. Poco tempo dopo, nello stesso corridoio, ho sentito un bambino piangere.

Problemi Strutturali Gravi
La corrente è mancata molte volte, il che significa che l'aria condizionata, Internet e l'ascensore non funzionavano. Se qualcuno fosse rimasto bloccato in ascensore, ci sarebbe rimasto fino al giorno dopo, perché non c'è personale tecnico di guardia. A causa di tutti questi inconvenienti, ho avuto l'impressione di trovarmi in un motel di bassa categoria, non in un hotel che mette al primo posto la sicurezza dei propri ospiti.

L'Unica Nota Positiva

Ho pagato per non dormire e per rischiare di rimanere bloccata in ascensore senza nessuno a cui chiedere aiuto. Non consiglio questo hotel. Il resto è un disastro totale, e mi chiedo chi sia il gestore, perché la situazione è inaccettabile e ancora Ho pagato per questa catastrofe.

absolutely not petfriendly

absolutely nothing. except the caffee next to hotel . staff was so sweet and had amazing croissants

Cons:

liars , we had a cat with us , did checkin . after they suddenly came and said that we had to put the cat in cage everytime we leave room . that is not petfriendly.
first it was a national rule . then it was a hotel rule .
but they could show no papers of that .
then we ask cancel because we could not use room under this condions.
they ask us to talk with booking.com to arrance because it was totally out of their hands . after lot of communication , we finally got 1 day return out of 2 .. but it turns out that the hotel had requested booking.com to charge 1 day.

second i could understand speaking with booking.com staff how they lied about the situation . finally when moving out . (we did not even care stay for that 1 night we paid for) , they suddenly remember that we need pay tourist tax . 6 euro . why not under checkin .

Buona la colazione, posizione utile essendo sulla salaria, pulizia discreta, parcheggio privato.

La porta d’ingresso nella stanza era in uno stato precario, con un calcio sarebbe stata facilmente aperta.
