Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful room with extra comfy bed, well equipped bathroom and loads of extras. The restaurant was very light and airy with a wonderful breakfast and the Artemesia bar was warm and cosy. Brilliant gym. Most of all, friendly helpful staff.

every thing were perfect until last night !
Pros:

The hotel has a perfect location in downtown Florence close to many amazing attractions It is very clean the breakfast is excellent and the reception staff are extremely welcoming with a warm friendly smile

Cons:

Nothing serious but I think the concierge team needs some training to be more polite and to show more willingness to assist new guests and respect their needs I would also suggest bringing in some new enthusiastic staff members who are eager to excel in their roles

Pros:

The Savoy is the quintessential hotel in Florence! Impeccable service, every detail, any possible need, is anticipated and met. The restaurant and bar are beautifully appointed and the food is sumptuous.
I would not stay anywhere else!
