In the pedestrian area but easy to get to staff were fantastic

No kettle in room but when I spoke to reception they went and got me one probably lucky they had a spare they let me have

Family trip
Pros:

Great location in Kaunas . We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and the family room had plenty of space for the 4 of us . Very warm too in the cold weather . The breakfast was very good too .

The staff at reception were very helpful and nothing was a problem. A hotel is only as good as their staff and they were great .

The location was perfect, I've never slept in a more comfortable bed, room was spotless.. ... Right in the heart of the centre.... Hotel was amazing, comfortable and staff friendly 🇮🇪
