Cons:

This property is marketed as a hotel on Booking, but in reality it operates more like a short-term rental apartment with very limited services.

Many important conditions were only communicated after the booking became non-refundable. For example, there is no in-room Wi-Fi, and lobby Wi-Fi is limited to only 30 minutes. There is no daily housekeeping. The bed did not come fully prepared (only a mattress, guests must make their own bed). Toilet paper is not provided, and guests are expected to purchase their own.

Reception is only open at limited hours (8:30–11:30 and 16:00–19:30). In addition, guests are required to clean the room before check-out or risk losing part of the deposit.

These conditions were not clearly presented before payment, and once they were revealed, cancellation was no longer possible.

In my opinion, this is essentially long-stay apartment service offered at a four-star hotel price. The hardware of the property itself is acceptable, but the level of service and transparency does not match the expectations of a hotel stay.

I don't know if it is a french thing, but although the kitchen was very well equipped, there was no dishwasher tablets, sponge or dishwashing detergent. Also, the rules said that we had to leave the apartment very clean, and clean dishes, and all, but we had to buy our own dishwasher tablets etc. It is not very convenient to buy dishwasher/cleaning products if you are staying for a few days. We also asked for toilet paper at the reception and they said that we had received one and we could not get any more. I don't know if this is a French custom, because I have never encountered anything like this before.
Also the bed/mattress were a little dirty, it was clear that they hadn't cleaned well after the previous guests.

L´appartement etait bien aménagé et fonctionnel. La literie etait très confortable. Belle vue du balcon avec environnement calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, le hammam et le sauna très agréables après une rando! Assez proche du centre des menuires. Et acceptant les chiens sans problème! A noter un accueil sympathique et réactif (un pb avec le canape a ete resolu très rapidement et efficacement)

Cons:

Un detail...En août, il y avait plus de monde et les places de stationnement étaient parfois insuffisantes mais on trouve quand même où se garer a proximité.

It was good value but that was about it

Cons:

The location was difficult given, maybe it was because it was the end of season and the bus was less regular but it was a long uphill. They should make it clear that no towels, dish clothes etc are included. Also no oven. Too much in a small space, if you are using the bed in the living room it’s tight.

Belambra Clubs is in a great location for skiing. Well equipped apartments and the benefit of a pool
Pros:

Comfortable well equipped apartment. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room very welcome after a day of skiing.

Cons:

Wifi in the room would be great. I can live without it ... but harder for my 19 year old! Also the swimming pool would ideally stay open until 8:00pm to allow more time after skiing. A jacuzzi would also be a great addition :)

Overall a good stay, good value for money!
Pros:

The kitchen was very basic, we brought our own air fryer with us as suspected we'd need it and glad we did otherwise we'd have been a bit stuck.

Lovely but with caveats
Pros:

Lovely apartment and would stay again, but just to make people aware, you have to pay extra for towels and they make you clean the entire apartment and take bins out etc. before you leave. It also isn't strictly ski-in ski-out and there's a bit of a walk up a hill and across a car park to get to the piste.
