Linen is included in the price, for guests staying a week or more.

Check-in is possible from 17:00, for early arrivals, guests are greeted at the reception and asked to return at 17:00. In the meantime, guests can leave their luggage in the luggage area.

In case of late arrival, guests must contact the reception in advance. Upon arrival, they will find a welcome message indicating the number of accommodations and where the key is located.

Très décevant rapport qualité prix médiocre

Le personnel est super gentil et l’emplacement au pied des pistes le top

Cons:

Pour commencer j’avais réservé un appartement pour 4 et quand on m’a demandé de confirmer je n’ai pas fait attention mais ont m’a changé contre un 6 personnes que j’ai donc payé plus cher
Je n’avais pas de balcon la propreté de l’appartement était passable mais la salle de bain n’ était pas propre du tout et vieille l’eau de la douche ne s’évacuait pas très bien l’eau stagnait, et j’aurais préféré avoir une baignoire, l’aspirateur qui fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien parce qu’il n’aspire rien du tout, les prises ne sont pas bien placées j’étais obligé de mettre le grille pain par terre parce que la seule prise accessible était déjà occupée par la cafetière, le lave vaisselle il fallait mettre 2 pastilles (qui ne sont pas fournies )pour avoir de la vaisselle à peu prêt propre les serviettes sont à louer est très très cher , la télévision n’a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours , l’alarme c’est déclenché 2 fois don 1 fois pendant la nuit ce qui a été très perturbant et désagréable

Séjour à Orcières-Merlette
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour famille avec des enfants. Il y a tout sur place.

La restauration était très bonne rien à dire, nous avons pu goûter aux produits locaux.

La disponibilité, la gentillesse et l'efficacité des équipes (animation, restauration, animation).

Cons:

Le bruit sonore qu'il y a en permanence dans la station, ce n'est pas utile pour passer de bonnes vacances.

La chambre est tout de même vétuste, on voit que c'est des vieux locaux qui auraient besoin d'être refait.
