Good value when you are not staying at peak season
Pros:

Very close to the piste and staff really friendly and helpful

Cons:

The accommodation clearly had been there for some decades, with standards from the 70s or earlier

Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, with good breakfast and many facilities. Our room had a great view to the mountains.

Cons:

The room was small and there was very limited space for two people. There was no service in the room during a 1-week stay, not even to empty the bins and renew the toilet paper. We had to go and buy our own. It was a shame and it sort of ruined the experience.

Mépris total du client, arnaque financière et confort indigne d'un établissement à ce tarif
Pros:

Rien du tout. L'expérience a été gâchée par un manque total de considération pour le client et des pratiques inacceptables.

Cons:

Tout est à revoir. Sur le plan légal : arnaque au lien de paiement Stripe (657 € prélevés sans devis ni facture détaillée) et triple perception de la taxe de séjour. La direction méprise le client et rejette la faute sur Booking.
établissement laissé sans entretien, chambre sale, salle de bain à l'hygiène limite, aucun chauffage par températures négatives ! La restauration est purement industrielle et médiocre + défaut d’hygiène constaté + aucune gestion de la salle ou du buffet ! Une usine à touristes qui ne cherche qu'à arnaquer et encaisser. Du jamais vu !

Dit verblijf moet je boeken als je prioriteit skiën is….
Pros:

De ligging was top.
Heel mooi skigebied.
Kamers zijn beetje verouderd en aan renovatie toe.
Eten in buffetvorm was zeer lekker en verzorgd.
Was wel eerder een kantinegevoel, maar prijs-kwaliteit een aanrader.

Really enjoyed the stay and the food was lovely. If coming back to this resort would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. The evening food was excellent and our 8 year old loved the choices each day. Breakfast was nice and again good variety. We have been to the resort before but not this hotel and it was better than some of the others we have stayed in with a similar rating. For the price it was excellent.

Cons:

Not too many issues for us, the rooms are a little tired but thats to be expected in a busy ski resort and its not 5 star. Drying gloves and boots wasn't that easy as no access to radiators.
