こんなもんなのかな
Pros:

港まつりで車を停められる、駅前で移動には便利

Cons:

値段の割に朝食の品数が少なかった、大浴場の脱衣所のドライヤーが2つしかなく右側は水飲むタンクがあり座るのが狭くて窮屈だった、部屋のトイレに手拭きタオルをお風呂用とは別で用意して欲しかった、部屋のトイレ内の洗面台の赤カビが気になってしまった

駅近、朝市も近く、空港行きのバスも出ていて、拠点にするにはベストだと思う。また徒歩5分程度のところにスーパーもあり、お弁当を買ったりコスパ旅の味方では。

温泉風呂は良かった

値段の割に非常に狭い部屋で、朝食も別料金で高く朝外食した
今までビジネスホテルでもこんなに狭い部屋の経験はない

たばこは、吸いませんが部屋が開いて無く
喫煙の部屋でしたが、とても綺麗でタバコの臭いも無く快適でした。また、行きます。宜しくです。

函館市内の観光めぐりをするには、良い立地です。JR．観光バスの連絡、市電の乗車、とてもvery good!. 朝食のバイキングもとてもおいしいかったです。
