南阿佐ケ谷駅から迷わずに到着できました。ホテル内は快適な室内で、ロケーションが良く、朝食はとても美味しくいただきました。お得感がありました。
リーズナブルなお値段でしたが、凄く居心地が良く、周辺の飲食店なども充実していて周りの人たちも気さくで親切。しかも文化的な阿佐ヶ谷周辺に住みたくなりました。
到着するまで激しい雨降りだったので、実は周辺の飲食店には行かなかったのが残念でしたが、隣接しているミニストップが便利でした。
The hotel itself is genuinely superb very good — clean rooms, regularly changed bed linen, great food, and an excellent location right in front of the metro.
However, the reception staff is a serious problem and completely unacceptable for an otherwise high-quality hotel.
The staff was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Basic communication in English was very poor, and even with translation apps, they were unable or unwilling to assist with simple requests. They could not help with contacting the airport regarding flight changes, could not assist with booking excursions, and were not even able to provide something as simple as scissors.
What was most frustrating is the lack of basic guidance for guests. There was an ATM directly at the entrance (shared with a shop), but no one informed me about it. Instead, I was indirectly pushed toward exchanging money in a way that would have cost significantly more.
This is not a minor issue — reception is supposed to be the support system for guests, especially international travelers. Here, it felt like there was no support at all.
In summary: the hotel has great potential and strong positives, but the reception staff significantly lowers the overall experience. Management should urgently address this, as it leaves a very negative impression despite everything else being good. They should just let us swipe our cards and have no contact with reception desk complete idiots I have nothing from their bowing I need solutions
