Pros:

Die Lage ist super, in 10min fußläufig in der Genussmeile. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, frisch, viel Obst/Gemüse, vegan/glutenfrei/laktosefrei für jeden was dabei. Wellnessbereich ausreichend groß (2 Saunen, 1 Dampfbad, 1 Schwimmbecken)

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind in den 70er Jahren stehengeblieben. Doppelzimmer mit 2 Betten, die nicht zusammenhalten. Kaum Wasserdruck, Haare fönen wird zum Tageserlebnis. Auf dem Teppichboden sind Bleicheflecken. Der Wellnessbereich hat nur von 13 bis 21 Uhr geöffnet. Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wofür es 4* hat, wurde uns nicht klar.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns gefallen, die Lage ist optimal. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Abendbüfett, das sehr gut war.

Cons:

Die Matratzen des als Doppelbett bezeichnet, verschieben sich sehr leicht. So dass man einen großen Spalt in der Mitte hat. Aber dies ist mittlerweile in einigen Hotels so.

Wir haben uns im Großen und Ganzen wohl gefühlt, mit kleinen Abstrichen!
Pros:

Schöner Wellness-Bereich, Lage des Hotels war wie beschrieben direkt an der Mosel, Frühstücks-Buffet war sehr reichhaltig sowie auch das Abend-Buffet. Kein a la Carte Essen möglich! Sehr gemütliche Bar, guter Zimmerservice

Cons:

Badezimmer ist sanierungsbedürftig, Statt Wanne wäre eine schöne, große Dusche für die geringe Größe des Badezimmers besser geeinet, Balkon vorhanden, aber sehr klein, mehr Platz im Wellness-Bereich um den Pool herum (nur 2 Liegen waren vorhande), um zum Wellness-Bereich zu kommen, muss man über die Straße gehen.

Geweldige vakantie op de beste locatie aan de Moezel
Pros:

Locatie, de welness, omgeving, vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam.

Cons:

We wisten dat de kamer geen airco had en dat was nu geen probleem maar zou in de zomer veel te warm zijn op de kamer. We hadden verder een prachtige kamer met uitzicht op de moezel en de burcht! Wat mooi verlicht in de avond! Prachtig uitzicht vanaf ons balkon!
