Pros:

Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I felt genuinely well looked after throughout my stay. The restaurant food was delicious, and the team there was just as friendly. Honestly, everyone was a 10/10: reception, housekeeping/cleaning, and the restaurant crew were all excellent.

The hotel feels brand new you can tell it’s newly built, everything is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. I absolutely loved it and would stay again without a doubt. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly (great for remote work), and the location is very convenient, close to several major ski resorts/stations.

Pros:

朝食バイキングは利用する時の楽しみ。
今回は夕食も営業しており、大変満足。
大浴場も深夜までと早朝からも利用出来る点、ナイス

Cons:

外国人利用者が多く、日本人の配慮という考えが薄いのか、所作がやかましい、隣からもガタゴト、上からもガタゴト、棲み分けしてくれるといいなと思った
