部屋の空調以外は満足でした
Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧で処置も即時に動いていただいて好感が持てました

Cons:

部屋に入った途端、かび臭さと湿気には閉口させられました、事前に空調のスイッチをいれて室内の温度と湿度を快適な条件にしておいて欲しかった。

Hidden gem
Pros:

Surprising little gem with an amazing Onsen. Good location for the monkeys. Staff super helpful and polite. As this was our cheapest hotel on our trip I was a little apprehensive but needed have been. The room was small but everything we needed and really clean

Cons:

Bed was hard but that's just preference and breakfast more traditional Japanese but again that's just our western palate.

思った以上に快適。いい意味で期待外れ。
Pros:

ビジネスホテルに近いと思いますが、部屋は清潔だし、大浴場は快適、また、テレビで館内施設の混雑状況がわかるのがよかった。朝食も日ごと少しずつメニューが変わってる点など、工夫が見られた。なによりスタッフが皆気持ちいい人たちでよかった。

Cons:

エアコンがうるさいかな。エレベーターが暑い。冬季を基準としているのか、仕方ないかもしれないが、部屋以外はとにかくあちこち暑かった。

お値段、そうとう
Pros:

朝食は美味しかったし、種類がおおくて、大変満足しました。

Cons:

フロアがタバコ臭。喫煙室だから仕方ないけどね。エアコンの消臭もしてくれないとね。平成のカラオケボックスのかおりがしたから、ちょっと懐かしい一面もあった。

Pros:

I booked a smoking room because single room for non-smoking wasn't available. After knowing that I don't smoke, they give me non-smoking room even though it's a higher price room

Pros:

毎年、長野マラソンで利用しているが早朝の出発を考慮して朝食の代わりの物を少しですが配慮いただけるのはありがたい。
逆に部屋代を低くしてもらえたら嬉しい。

Cons:

間違って喫煙ルームを予約してしまったので仕方がないが廊下が煙くさいのは勘弁してもらいたかった。
自分の確認不足かもしれないがアラーム機能の付いた時計の設置があればありがたい。
