Pros:

無料の朝食

Cons:

立地はそんなに良くないと思います。
ただ近くにコンビニはあります。
飲食店はほとんどないので、夕食はコンビニで済ませました。
お部屋のお風呂はユニットバスで、蛇口がレバーで水洗とシャワーに切り替え式だったんですが、水洗側は水が漏れて水浸しになりました。
部屋も狭く、空気清浄機、冷蔵庫、エアコン全て電源が切ってあり、空気清浄機は電源コードを差し込めば良いので分かりやすかったですが、冷蔵庫の主電源は最初分からず、しばらくかかってしまいました。エアコンもリモコンを操作しても全然付かないので、全館空調を管理されてるのかと諦めて、とにかく暑い部屋で２日過ごした翌日の朝、もしかしてと押したボタンが主電源で、すぐに冷えましたが、初めて利用する人間には分かりづらいので、説明書等置いておいて貰えると有り難いと思いました。
大浴場は使用しませんでしたが、早朝目が覚めたのでふらっと見に行ったら、洗い場は2名分、浴場もそんなに大きくはなく、小ぢんまりとした作りでした。
朝食は他のホテルの朝食とほぼ同様な感じですが、味は美味しかったです。
近くに飲食店がないので、朝食付きで助かりました。
大浴場と朝食会場については、部屋のテレビから混雑状況が分かるとの案内がありました。

リピートしてもいいと思います。
Pros:

朝食がおいしく、館内もキレイでした。喫煙の部屋しか空いてなかったので、事前に禁煙の部屋があいてたらそちらに変更したいとリクエストをしました。残念ながら禁煙の部屋の空きはなかったのですが、スタッフの方が「できるだけ消臭しました」とおっしゃってくださいました。実際に部屋は気になるほど匂いもなく、快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

朝食時間やチェックアウト時間帯はエレベーターに乗れなくて困りました。2階の部屋だったので階段を使いたかったのですが、鍵がかかっていて使用不可でした。そこは改善お願いしたいです。

落ち着いて過ごせました。

Pros:

3月21日の夜にレストランを利用しましたが、接客係の方(外国の方)がとても丁寧で優しく対応してくださいました。疲れていたのですが、ほっとできました。外国の方を排斥する動きがありますが、とんでもないことだと思います。

大浴場があるので楽しみにしていたのですが、洗い場が2つしかないとのこと。断念して部屋のバスで我慢しました。がっかり！
朝食の混雑を避けるために希望の時間を聞かれましたが、その時間に行ってみると長蛇の列で、なかなか進まず、焦りました。狭さも原因ですが、バイキングの動線への配慮も必要かと思います。工夫してください。
部屋のベッドサイドに読書灯がありませんでした。
