大浴場があり、混雑状況も部屋から見られるところ。朝食無料もありがたいです。部屋は綺麗で静かです

Pros:

3月21日の夜にレストランを利用しましたが、接客係の方(外国の方)がとても丁寧で優しく対応してくださいました。疲れていたのですが、ほっとできました。外国の方を排斥する動きがありますが、とんでもないことだと思います。

Cons:

大浴場があるので楽しみにしていたのですが、洗い場が2つしかないとのこと。断念して部屋のバスで我慢しました。がっかり！
朝食の混雑を避けるために希望の時間を聞かれましたが、その時間に行ってみると長蛇の列で、なかなか進まず、焦りました。狭さも原因ですが、バイキングの動線への配慮も必要かと思います。工夫してください。
部屋のベッドサイドに読書灯がありませんでした。

Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。大浴場もあり、価格の割には充実してました。

Cons:

上前津と東別院の中間に位置しているので、夏は歩くのがしんどいです。がバスの停留所がホテルの前にあるので金山まではアクセスが良いと思います。
