良い
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです。大浴場もあり、価格の割には充実してました。

Cons:

上前津と東別院の中間に位置しているので、夏は歩くのがしんどいです。がバスの停留所がホテルの前にあるので金山まではアクセスが良いと思います。

Cons:

２回のメールの問い合わせに返信が無かったこと。まずそこで、印象が悪くなりました。他のルートインは複数宿泊しましたがこんなことはありませんでした。

ベテランのスタッフの方が昨今のマニアル通りのAIの様な接客ではなく、ホッとさせて頂きました。若いスタッフさんにも、是非その様なゲストひとり1人に寄り添う接客を受け継いで頂ければと思います。

便利な場所・静かな環境で快適
Pros:

朝食付きが良かった。部屋は少し狭いと思ったが、寝るだけの使用だったので、不便は感じなかった。　目的地への移動が地下鉄一本で行けて便利だった。大須観音、名古屋市美術館、松坂屋などへ歩いて行ける距離だった。

Cons:

風呂や水回りの設備がやや古かった。
