Pros:

The hotel is well located and they have parking inside with good price. Breakfast is included but all japanese with almost no options for adaption if you are not used to that kind of breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit outdated, they have some rooms that people are allowed to smoke and they put us in one of those when we arrived (it was a big no for us, so we requested to be changed and they upgraded us).

ビジネスホテルとしては最高だと思います。
Pros:

まず大浴場が決め手でこの宿にしました。
ルートイン発祥の地、上田に住んでおり、地元のルートインも利用した事がありとても良い印象です。今回は特に朝食も気に入りました。

Cons:

洗濯機があるのに洗剤等がない。
販売機を置く、又は売店で買えると助かります。

Réclamation mécontentement

Le petit déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Le 1 premier soir nous etions pas attendu ,
On nous a donné une chambre 1 personne FUMEUR alors qu il n en était pas question.
La 2 ème personne a couche PARTERRE.
Le lendemain nous avons perdu la demie journée pour avoir 1 chambre non fumeur 1 OREILLER 1 meugue donc le séjour était une chambre 1 personne.
Des le 1jour je vous ai envoyé 5 email au service client AUCUNE RÉPONSE A CE JOUR !!!
DONC JE VOUS DEMANDE LE REMBOURSEMENT DE LA PREMIÈRE NUIT.
ET UN GESTE COMMERCIAL A ME REMBOURSER SUR LE RESTE DU SEJOUR RATÉ....
Etant client depuis des années merci de me répondre et dire comment allez-vous me rembourser.
