無難に楽しめました。
Pros:

大浴場があります。人工？温泉ということですが、とても温まります。冬場はありがたいです。また脱衣所にランドリーがあるので長期滞在にはとても助かります。
読売新聞の朝刊がご自由にお取りください状態でおいてありました。普段タブレットなので紙の新聞もいいですね。
ホテル内に9時くらいまでやっているレストランがあるのでこれも便利。（やってない日もあるので注意）

Cons:

”軽井沢”と名前がついていますが御代田なので旧軽方面は車で20分強かかります。
きれいに清掃されていますが、施設はちょっと古いかな？
もう少し大きめの部屋があるとよかったです。

スタッフの対応が良かった

Cons:

喫煙室をお願いしましたが　建物が古いからなのか　タバコのきつい臭いが染み込んで臭かった　リフォームとかして　喫煙者でも気にならない様にメンテナンスした方がいいかな

BE CAREFUL about the « non-smoking » 2F !!!
Pros:

The property is a bit old, but that’s not really an issue! Access is great.

Cons:

Be VERY CAREFUL about non-smoking rooms in the second floor. This used to be the smoking floor and has now been rebranded « non-smoking » but the walls are soaked with cigarette smoke. The room smelled so bad we went downstairs to ask the staff what was wrong and a gentleman try to take me for an idiot that « the previous guest probably had smoky clothes ». Only after we started getting severe allergies did they move us to the 3rd floor (which was always non-smoking). The next morning the lady at the reception admitted that the second floor used to be the smoking floor, which makes perfect sense. Be very careful so that you don’t end up with a bad experience like us!
