Pros:

The lady on reception was really lovely.
They have a nice little shop and a waiting area on first floor.
They have a car park
The dining area looks out onto the lake, and the hot soring also looks out onto the lake so you can see quite a bit of the righthand side of Mt Fuji.

Cons:

We has a double bed room on the second floor. It was the room ★without a lake view (the lake view was pricy) so I guessed it would be a mountain view but it looked out onto a grey concrete wall, and old corrugated plastic above. It really WAS a room with no view.
The food wasn't labelled and the menu for vegans was pretty much just lettuce, rice and tofu. ... I wish they had a better offering.
The pillows weren't very comfortable.

Very satisfied, good location, great price
Pros:

Hotel provided shuttle bus service to from station or the bus just in front of the hotel. The onsen is the best, you can see the Mt Fuji. I travel solo and with no view single bed room, but the room still spacious. Very delicious buffet style breakfast for free.

Stunning views
Pros:

Absolutely stunning views including from the public bath. Food had enough variety. Good to have a bus to the station. Sakura colours just out the door are incredible.

Cons:

Plan your trip from the train station. The lines were long so we walked. Nice walk if not with too much luggage.

Pros:

The hotel is well located, the staff is extremely friendly, and the overall stay was very good. The view from the hotel is exceptional when it is not cloudy, with a wonderful view of Mount Fuji. The breakfast is extraordinary.

Cons:

The rooms are small, with very little space to move around or place your luggage. Some smell from the kitchen, or from the kitchen exhaust located below, came in through the window. Strictly speaking, it was not clear to me whether the smell came from the hotel or from a neighbouring property, although there did not seem to be many neighbours nearby.

Pros:

Superbe surprise, un accueil parfait qui à commencé dès la gare de Kawagushiko avec le shuttle de l'hôtel gratuit, c'est le centre d’information qui les appelle pour vous.
A mon arrivée, l'hôtesse m'a changé de chambre sans vue pour une avec vu sur le lac et le mont fuji.
le petit déjeuner offert est excellent et sous forme de buffet continental et japonnais.
Le soir nous avons mangé au restaurant pour 2500 yen, un bon buffet.
la localisation est super pour la vue ou une bonne promenade sur les rives du lac.
