隣の部屋がドンドンと響いてうるさかった。海外のお客さんが廊下での話し声、騒いでたのか、特に夜〜夜中に響いてうるさい。日本人トイレあるのに子どもを浴室でオシッコさせてた母、マナーを守ってほしい。スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。

Great hotel to stay in. Staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. Overall amazing stay and would return again. I would recommend to have more smoke free options as I dont remember booking a smoking room. And phsyicsl key can make it feel outdated.

禁煙室だったら最高だった！
Pros:

出張で利用しました。チェックインもスムーズですし、大浴場から望む河口湖はとても綺麗でした。フロントの対応も丁寧ですし、朝食も美味しかったです。ただ、普段タバコをあまり吸わないのですが、他に空いているホテルがなく、喫煙室を選択しました。どうしても部屋についているタバコの匂いが気になってしまいました。

富士山の見える大浴場
Pros:

朝食会場からも大浴場からも湖と富士山の素晴らしい景色を見ることができました。朝食は焼き立てのクロワッサンもあり、満足度ご高かったです。快適なステイでした。
