Pros:

The hotel is close to the station and easy to reach by walk. Restaurants, supermarkets and other facilities are nearby. The room was comfy, clean and had just the right size. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was kind and helpful. For Eki Stamp collectors: the hotel has its own stamp right next to the entrance. The view from the 14th floor was great, as well as the option to use a hot bath up there.
It was a nice add-on to receive coins for free beverages from the vending machine. All in all a nice stay. I'd love to return.

Cons:

Please take better care of your hot bath. I intended to use it during several days, but the water was so dirty (long hair, skin scales, etc.) that I refrained from using the facility at all. It shouldn't be like that. The rest of the hotel clearly shows that high quality, cleanliness and customer satisfaction are very important to you.

Pros:

大浴場、朝食（バイキング）、メイキングや朝食会場で働かれていた外国人の方の笑顔や対応が大変良かったです。また、氷やコーヒーの無料提供が嬉しかったです。

Cons:

駐車場が離れで少し遠かった。お値打ち価格で宿泊させてもらったので仕方が無いのですが、２名で泊まるには部屋が少し狭かった。
