泊まって良かった
Pros:

試験の為利用しました。立地、サービス満足で、大雪でしたが、安心して受験できました。

Cons:

お風呂が少し温くて残念でしたー。
寒い日だったので、もう少し熱くても良かったな。

良い思い出ができました。
Pros:

バイキングの種類が豊富でおいしかったです。歯ブラシが色違いで区別しやすかった。かばん置き場が倒すと出てくるのが良かった。

Cons:

浴用タオルが２枚あり、１枚は手洗い用に使い１枚は夫が大浴場に持って行きました。自分は部屋でお風呂に入りましたがタオルがもう１枚あると良いと思いました。女性用の寝巻が小さかった。

久々に、睡眠がとれた。窓から新幹線が間近で得した感じでした。

朝食がおいしかったです。お風呂も心地よかったです。スタッフの方が丁寧で大変嬉しく思いました。また利用したいです。

Pros:

大浴場があること

Cons:

大浴場の入り口で室内履きを他人に取られた。
新幹線などの鉄道線路側の部屋だったので、比較的遅くまで、そして朝は早くから列車の音が気になった（防音が弱い）。

Pros:

①大浴場のお湯が、他のホテルより暖かかった。
➁駅より近かった。
③事前に、荷物を預けられた。
④布団が暖かかった。
⑤鉄道ファンにとってはラッキー。

Cons:

①洗面所の水と浴槽のシャワーの扱いが暫く分からなかった。
➁施設の案内のパンフがほしかった(係の人が簡単に説明してくれたが）
