Pros:

スタッフの対応が丁寧です。
大人3人で泊まりましたが、広かったです。
朝食も美味しくいただきました。
料理も少なくなると、すぐに対応していただき満足です。

Cons:

無料で飲めるコーヒーがありましたが、お水やお茶もあると良いなぁと思いました。

Pros:

室内と大浴場がきれいだった。

Cons:

エアコンをつけるとずっと異音がして、消すと暑く、全く眠れなかった。トイレを流したあと、排水の臭いがあがってきて、とても臭かった。カーテンを空けたら真横が駐車場でカーテンは開けられない。とにかくエアコンとトイレの臭いをどうにかしたほうがいいと思います。

Wonderful time!
Pros:

Good central location, good prices, and easy acess to the main station!

Cons:

Laundry facilities were located inside the onsen and due to this we had to do our laundry in another facility
