スーパー銭湯が施設内にあり、便利だった。

もう行かない。ルートインという広く展開されているホテルなのに、すごく残念な気持ちになった！

部屋の洗面台にカビがこびりついている。
スタッフの対応が業務的で必要最低限しか話さない感じ、食事処では間違った品物が届き、作り直してくれたがロボットが持ってきた、こんな時は店員が持ってくるべくだと感じた。

Pros:

温泉施設もあって、朝食もいろいろあって、よかったと思います。今回はローズフェスティバルの参加のために利用させてもらいました。駅から離れていますが、ローズアリーナまで20分弱で歩いていけて、朝から駐車場無料で使わせていただけて、大変助かりました。福山ばら祭は初めてでしたが、市民がばらを大事にお世話しているのが感じられ、感動しました。また是非利用したいです。
