駐車場のスタッフの方の対応、大浴場、コンビニまで近い

Cons:

コピー機のやり方を聞いた時、男性の方の対応に聞く気が失せた。コンビニでやった方がいいと思った。
それ以外は最高でした。

別フロアーに浴場があるのは良かった
接したフロント女性スタッフさん　通路で仕事されてたルームの方は好印象でした

Pros:

何より駅から近い。駅から約1分の所なので、ホテルを拠点に周辺の施設や飲食店へ行くことができます。そして、足を伸ばして入れる大浴場があること。人工温泉ですが、結構体が温まります。

前回の宿泊したのが12/8。大きな地震があった時だったのですが、ホテルの方が1部屋1部屋巡回に来て安否確認をしていただけました。慣れない土地でしたが、安心して利用することができました。

Cons:

部屋のトイレはシャワー付きで、便座は温かかったのですが、シャワーが結構冷たい…自分で調整出来ないタイプのトイレなので水温を調整していただきたい。
