Warm Hospitality and a Memorable Stay in MarmarisOur stay at Supreme Marmaris Hotel was truly enjoyable, especially as we chose the all-inclusive option. During the day, there was fun pop music and entertainment by the pool, creating a lively and relaxing atmosphere. Some days we spent time at the pool, while on other days we went shopping in Marmaris or joined boat tours.
The bays of Marmaris are absolutely beautiful — crystal clear, very clean, and almost like an aquarium. Swimming in these bays was truly unforgettable.
One evening, we returned to the hotel quite late and had missed dinner time. Despite this, the hotel manager kindly arranged food for us. He personally took care of us and showed great attention and hospitality.
We would like to sincerely thank him for his kindness and professionalism. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special and memorable.

We stayed at the Supreme Marmaris Hotel on an all-inclusive basis. On some evenings, there was live entertainment, which added a pleasant atmosphere to our stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, and during the day we joined boat tours to explore beautiful bays and coves around Marmaris.
Its location is very central, making it easy to reach the bazaar, local markets, and shopping areas. Transportation is convenient, and everything you may need is within walking distance. The hotel staff were hardworking, polite, and respectful, which made us feel comfortable
throughout our stay.
The food was decent and generally satisfying. Overall, considering the location, service, and activities, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We stayed at Supreme Marmaris Hotel with an all-inclusive concept and were quite satisfied with our overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The room cleanliness was especially excellent; the rooms were cleaned daily and great attention was paid to hygiene, which we really appreciated.

I’m giving this hotel a 2 star purely because of the food. The rooms were adequate for what we wanted and I’d give 5 stars to the cleaners as we had fresh towels daily. The food was terrible, if you want chicken nuggets and chips 3 times a day then this is the place for you but not for me. Lack of a decent meal was the downfall. It was barely warm food and they brought it out but you couldn’t start eating until the time was right for them. Drinks were limited and it was beer, vodka, wine or gin. The guys behind the bar were pleasant so no problem with them. It was a cheap holiday so I couldn’t expect more than what I paid for but others I spoke to paid a lot more and got the same crap food. Good location but the food really needs to be sorted. Slices of tomato with cheese on top isn’t a delicacy.

Absolutely shocking hotel and staff ,and worst of all food same thing every day with maybe a old slight more variant almost all the food was cold inedible or found with cockroaches and flys in soup cat hairs in the bread basket honestly we payed for all inclusive and bearly got bed and breakfast cos us a fortune eating out zero entertainment at all not even music staff stand around on there phones rather than serving you a drink all the coffee machines and fruit machines are out of order nearly any stock in so no sugar,some days no milk the pool has been cleaned once in 10 days I know as I put something there to check if it got cleaned all in all just terrible please please avoid it dont ruin your holiday by coming here

Location was okay literally a short walk into the main town etc so wasn’t an issue.
When I turned up there were a fair few men standing out the front which was extremely intimidating for a solo female.

The staff behind the bar and waiting on were the best part about this hotel.
They were friendly and helpful. The chef needs lessons in not trying to pull any English girl and cooking. The food was horrendous. We had raw chicken meat one day so just be careful.

The pool area was nice although it could’ve done with cleaning daily. I was there for 4 days and I saw it being cleaned once.

There’s no mini bar in the rooms either. There’s a fridge. Maybe that’s what they mean but they should deffo change that.

Last day checking out and I make sure there’s confirmation of my transfer. The guy behind the desk was absolutely no help. Kept telling me just wait 🤦🏻‍♀️ there was no paperwork on it and it would come.

So after reading mixed reviews. On arrival i was pleasantly surprised

Food is basic but edible just dont expect 5star at a 3 star basic hotel for a budget price. Go with the mind set you get what you pay for. If you want a higher standard pay more n go 5 star
Hotel is ok. At 1st the staff were friendly but soon realise they talk about you n other guests in own language and to other guests
Try and be funny and actually quiet rude
The cleaning ladies are lovely
Please do expect cats. They are friendly and just want love and feeding. I went shop and bought cat treats. They part of the experience. Its their home and we are guests.
Its close to the beach which is nice. And plenty of nice bars n eating places

The drinks are basic.
But again if u expecting more for your money then youl be disappointed .
If you happy to lay by the pool n jis use hotel for sleep etc then ots good for that

Im happy if the suns out and to just lay in peace.

So if you book this hotel. Just go with all that in mind. Its cheap basic n a place to get your head down. And just say it is what it is. N enjoy the sun and marmaris then youll be ok. If you come with higher expectations then youll be disappointed.

Food - terrible , breakfast served in darkness , coffee machine probably not cleaned since its installation but worse part are the rooms black mold on walls , smelly air coming from noisy air con . Our “ upgrade “ room had the same . Reception guy tried to be helpful. Outside hotel we met a wild hog …

This hotel is not a 4 star its dirty was mould in the room patio didnt lock shower would back fill the staff are rude and just shrugged their shoulders if you asked or complained the manager does not address any problems and passes the book they pretend not to understand english the food is awful cold, basic and repetitive only one toaster breakfast time the waiter spat in the bin whilst we were having breakfast not a hotel for children domestic abuse in roon nxt to us then early hours she was trashing the room told staff they just shrugged to busy try to get their leg over with other guests bar staff were seen engaging sexual activity with guests the pop was warm out of a bottle which was left on the bar limited drinks on offer their was lots of un happy guest that we spoke to the hotel is called a brothel by locals now i know why dont waste your money avoid this hotel

My stay at Supreme Hotel in Marmaris was unfortunately very disappointing. The wifi barely worked, the cleaning was extremely poor, and the food was often just repeated from the previous day. The toilets were not cleaned at all during my stay, which is completely unacceptable.

The most unpleasant experience happened at the reception. When I complained about the air conditioning not working, I was verbally attacked by a receptionist in front of other guests. He falsely claimed that the issue was because I had a standard room, even though I had booked through Booking.com. When I insisted, he became defensive, followed me around, and shouted insults in Turkish. When I said I would report him to management, he mockingly replied that I could also get his autograph if I wanted.

I then escalated my complaint to management, but they did not take it seriously, showing little concern for the incident or for proper guest treatment.

In general, the staff created an uncomfortable atmosphere, often staring at guests in a way that felt intrusive. However, I must mention that the manager and one female receptionist were polite and the only ones who showed professionalism.

Overall, I cannot recommend Supreme Hotel, as the lack of basic hygiene, poor facilities, disrespectful treatment from staff, and management’s failure to address serious complaints far outweighed the few positive encounters.

I stayed at Supreme Hotel again this year, and I was really impressed with the changes. The bathrooms have been completely renovated – last year they still had shower trays, but now the design is modern with floor-level ceramic tiles. It looks so much nicer and feels much more comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. I appreciated the improvements and enjoyed my stay once again. I’ll definitely be happy to return.

I really cannot fault this hotel at all.
Central location, quick to get to the beach, Blueport and the Armutalan area.

Rooms were very clean, spacious and well equipped, public areas in hotel also well maintained.

The food was lovely, very tasty and well presented, limited choice but it's a small hotel so therefore was to be expected. My group are well all week and the meal times were quite lengthy. The staff were quick to clear plates and clean tables, and the chef was on hand at all times for any queries.

The bar choice was limited, but again a small family run hotel so it is too be expected, but the service was brilliant, quick and friendly.

The staff were amazing, so welcoming, hardworking and friendly, from arriving at check in, to the minute we left, really friendly and polite, our bags were carried up to our room for us (i am so sorry I have forgotten your name, but you have a brilliant cheeky, dry sense of humour) The owner introduced himself to us and checked in with us most days. The cleaners were polite and friendly. Caner, Veysel and Ali made us all feel so welcomed.

There was one negative to this holiday though....... some of the other English holiday makers..... they moaned constantly about everything and were so loud.....seriously you are not going to get 5*****+ on what you paid, and not everyone wants to hear your conversations constantly! But overall, we loved our week here and for what we paid it exceeded our expectations, thank you, we would love to return again someday.

Wonderful All-Inclusive Stay!
We had a fantastic holiday at Suprama with the all-inclusive concept. The food was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. Drinks were always available and the service was fast and friendly. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and there were fun entertainment activities during the day and evening. The staff were always smiling and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we would love to come back again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Supreme Hotel in Marmaris. The location is perfect, close to everything yet still peaceful. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the staff were always so friendly and welcoming. A lovely hotel with a great atmosphere – I would definitely recommend it!

Lovely hotel, staff were all very friendly and attentive. Rooms and hotel very clean. Pool area was small but lovely. Food was good for the price we paid and there was always something we could eat. Excellent location for shops, bars and beach.

There a few general maintenance issues with the hotel, but you have to take into consideration that it's now the end of the season and the rooms will have been used and abused by holidaymakers all year, with very little opportunity for management to make repairs, as rooms are pretty much in use all the time. However, the cleanliness was excellent and the staff were amazing. Sadly, the entertainment is non-existent and equated to the staff doing some Turkish dancing for us and getting the guests involved, which although not professional entertainment, was still enjoyable.

This is a fairly small hotel, so don't expect an endless selection of dishes. That said, the food provided was fresh, well prepared and extremely tasty. There is always a lovely selection of thoroughly washed fresh fruit, along with a small selection of baclava.

The swimming pool is kept nice and clean, but there are two main issues which need addressing. The metal steps into the pool shown in hotel photographs have been removed. At one end of the pool there are two fairly deep steps down into the pool, but there's no handrail, which if you're a bit older makes it a bit difficult to get in and out. The installation of a simple handrail at these steps would help no end and would be a quick and easy fix to the problem. Secondly, the area around the pool has wooden flooring, which is in good condition and very attractive, but incredibly slippery. The hotel has placed some non-slip strips alongside the pool, but most of these have been worn away. The strips need to be monitored throughout the season with worn or missing areas being replaced regularly. Again, a quick and easy fix, or you could just wear stretchy swim shoes which solves the problem anyway, as they normally have non-slip soles.

My stay at Supreme Marmaris Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with a warm smile and offered me a welcome drink, which immediately made me feel comfortable after my journey.

The hotel’s location is excellent—only about a 7–8 minute walk to the beach and the marina, but still tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. My room had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool, and I really enjoyed having my morning coffee there. The room itself was bright, perfectly clean, and the air conditioning kept it cool even during the hottest afternoons.

What impressed me most was the attention of the housekeeping team: fresh towels were placed daily, and small touches like arranging the bed with decorative folds made me feel that they really cared about details.

Breakfast was another highlight. Each morning there were fresh fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes, along with good Turkish tea and coffee. On one morning, the staff even remembered that I like scrambled eggs and brought them directly to my table without me asking—such personal service is rare in a 3-star hotel.

The pool area was always spotless, with enough sunbeds available, and I appreciated that the hotel enforces a no-glass policy for safety. In the evenings, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the bar served refreshing cocktails at fair prices.

Overall, Supreme Marmaris Hotel combines a central location, spotless cleanliness, and genuine Turkish hospitality. It’s not just a place to stay, but a hotel where you truly feel at home. I left with great memories and will definitely return on my next trip to Marmaris.
