グッドです！機会がありましたらまたお世話になりたいと思います。
Pros:

街中で徒歩圏内にお食事処が沢山あり便利でした。フロントスタッフさんにオススメのお店も教えて頂きました。
土曜日だったのでオススメのお店は予約が取れなくてホテルの裏手の焼肉屋さんに行きましたが、秋田は感じずとも美味しい焼肉屋さんでした。温泉もあったので部屋のお風呂は使わずにそちらに行き、のびのびと温泉に入れて良かったです。

Cons:

温泉で使ったタオル類をそのまま返却できたらありがたいと思いましたが、置く場所が分からず部屋まで持ってきました。枚数を数える為にはその方が良いのかな、どうでしょうか？ポイっとできたら楽かなとは思いました。

タバコ臭さと髪の毛が無ければ、とても良かったのに残念でした。
Pros:

温泉と朝食が良かったです。ベットの硬さが丁度良くて、翌朝の腰痛がなく助かりました。

Cons:

ベッドや風呂場に髪の毛がたくさんついていた。喫煙ルームしか空いていなかったから仕方がないけど、タバコの臭いがエレベータを降りた途端にフロア全体的についていて不快でした。

部屋に綺麗なエアコンを完備して欲しい。残念
Pros:

ちょうしょくは良かった。ただ、朝食付きで予約したはずだった。

Cons:

いつも利用していますが今回の部屋は空調が悪く暑すぎて一睡も眠れなかった。翌日の講演はほとんど寝ていた。

残念
Pros:

お風呂が大きいこと

Cons:

ロケーション、廊下やエレベーターのにおい、朝食の種類、温泉の効用がどこにも書かれていない、お風呂の一部に泡がたっている。
また、名前が違う浴槽が色々あるが全て同じ泉質のお風呂ですよね？？
説明不足だと思う。アメニティも貧弱だし、お風呂においてあるシャンプーなどは髪の油分を一気に落としてしまうような安物に感じた

市内のホテルで大浴場があるのは強みなので、企業努力、工夫によっては良くなるはず。今回は残念としか言いようがない

地震で新幹線がかなり遅延し秋田まで来るのに大変でした　ホテルに着いて入浴して居酒屋で食事

Great onsen and massage
Pros:

Onsen was amazing. Many different pools to choose from. Massage was also great and reasonably priced. The therapist was very well trained.
Room was ok. Breakfast buffet ok.
Had dinner at restaurant. Good variety of dishes.
Easy walk from train station and to art museum etc.

Cons:

East wing only had one lift which was a bit slow but cant really fix that after the building has been built

スタッフさんは親切。温泉付きなのが良い。
Pros:

障害者駐車場を予約していたのですが、他の方が勝手に停めていて停められなかったのですが、スタッフの方が臨機応変に別の駐車スペースを用意してくださりとても助かりました。
あと温泉付きなのが良かった。色々なタイプのお風呂がありとても楽しかったです。
館内もお風呂も清潔でした。

Cons:

エアコンが冷房と暖房に分かれていなくて、温度で切り替わる？らしく「強」にしていたが、夜中暑かった。

朝食時、フロントを通り過ぎる時に挨拶してくれたのがとても朝から気持ちよかったです
朝ごはんメニューも美味しく満足でした
温泉の種類があんなにあると思わず行ったので入浴が楽しかったです
ロッカーや洗い場も数が多く良かったです
