Pros:

standard room is fine, onsen is ok, easy access to central akita city. cloak room service and professional staff.

Cons:

was given room next elevator and it sounded like there was road works. onsen was extremely busy/full, ok, but not exactly relaxing.

お得感あり

Cons:

SPAに行く際に専用タオルと小さいバッグなんかなあると更に良かった。
部屋置きの部屋着が小さかったのが残念でした
