Pros:

都心のホテルに大浴場があるのはありがたい。物価高の中品数豊富な朝食も美味しかった。キャロットラペツナフライが美味しかった。静かで落ち着いて過ごせた。又利用したいと思う。

Cons:

大浴場を出た所に製氷機の受け皿に出来たての氷が沢山あった。長押しの表示で押しコップをおいて待つと１つづつポロポロで止まったのでコップ離した途端大量に氷が出来たので受け皿に氷がおちてしまった。コップが小さいのと出てくるタイミングが分かりにくいと思う。物価高で大変と思いますが改善願います。

Pros:

駅も近く、観光にはとても良い
間違えて喫煙部屋を予約していて、前日に部屋の変更していただき良かったです。

Cons:

部屋の位置にもよるが、内側は外の景色は見れない。
ほぼ寝るだけだったので、問題はなかった。

横浜では、また宿泊したいと思いました。
Pros:

地下鉄駅から近く、周りの雰囲気も落ち着いていて大変良かったです。
従業員さんが皆さんとても感じが良かったです。

Old and outdated hotel.
Pros:

Only minutes from subway exit. Good location for dining and street shopping.

Cons:

The breakfast food was decent, but the dining experience was not good. The dining room was too small and too crowded. The buffet counter and the traffic pattern around it were poorly planned.
We booked a room with twin beds without knowing the room has no working window to view outside. The staff told me the booking site clearly states so, which I don't agree. The bathroom is very small and the light level was low. The water temperature was very difficult to control, always needs to adjust the hot and cold water. Seems wasting lots of water. Bathroom is so small. You may hit your forehead when you sit down on the toilet. No trash bin in the bathroom.
