予約者の氏名が間違って予約されていました。
Pros:

スタッフの対応も部屋も良く
大変満足致しました。

Cons:

名前は良かったのですが苗字が違って予約されていました。9月に横浜のホテルも予約していますので間違いの無いようにしてもらいたいです‼️予約番号で確認出来為、難を逃れる事が出来ました。
