Great place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the city
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. The room was very quiet and comfortable, as was the onsen. Reasonably priced for a very busy time in Sapporo

Cons:

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Ich hatte Bedenken weil das Hotel mitten im Rotlicht Viertel liegt. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt äusserst angenehm. Im Zimmer war es ruhig und man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

It was a nice stay.
Pros:

I liked how clean and organised the facility was. The breakfast buffet had a variety of selection to choose from. My favourite was the yoghurt. And, the dishes changes a little everyday. The amenities were easy to get. I liked the stiffness of the toothbrush. I'm happy with new towels everyday. The hotel is also in a very convenient location to everything. I'm happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The bed was too hard, gave me a stiff shoulder. My problem but I didn't understand what to do with the used towels. Might be nice to have allergen labels in buffet, so I don't need to ask staff about every dish.

Ubicación excelente.
Pros:

El hotel esta excelente, su ubicación es clave todo te queda cerca y además abajo del hotel tienes un konbini que eso te facilita la vida, en mi caso fui en época de nieve y el tener todo cerca te facilita todo, con respecto al hotel el servicio de desayuno excelente, el servicio de masaje muy bueno, tiene su propio baño publico (onsen) y se los recomiendo con el frio que hacía te relaja el cuerpo de una, con respecto a la habitación tengan cuidado al reservar ya que hay habitaciones para fumadores la cual yo no fumo y el olor no es muy agradable, pero de ahí en fuera la habitación 10/10 cómoda y espaciosa, si fuera a Sapporo de nuevo llegaría aquí sin problema.
