部屋自身は清潔で綺麗です。

16時にチェックインしましたが、応対の年嵩のスタッフの応対が良くありませんでした。部屋番号を伝えるケースもいただけず、オートチェックインに促されました。クレジットカードの領収書に記載された部屋番号でようやくわかった次第です。エレベーターに乗る際の挨拶もいただけませんでした。外出の際も、その方は笑顔も挨拶もありませんでした。このサイトを利用して、年に数10回も名古屋に宿泊していますが、残念でした。

Hotel was good, but Nagoya is not a hit for me. I'm sure I've missed a lot though!
Pros:

The location is pretty good with a not too long walk into Nagoya central, but I find Nagoya itself a little lacking. I can't put my finger on it I'm afraid, but there is juts something missing compared to the other places I stayed on my trip. The castle is good, but the Maglev was a bit of a letdown and is a 30 minute train journey away. Great for kids though with lots for them to play with. The total ahas an attached restaurant where the food is pretty decent, but as would be expected dearer than eating out.

Cons:

As stated I just find Nagoya a little dull having been twice. I was hoping to find it different 6 years later, it wasn't.
