The restaurant underground, poor variety of products, feels like cantina. In 5 times at the restaurant found 3 times hair in my plate.. disgusting.
Have to wait 15 minutes before kitchen replace empty food, feels like everything is made to force you to eat what you don't want to eat.
Tables set never being replaces, just a quick sponge cleaning between two use of the table....
No effort to give a nice look to the tables, no lamp, no decoration, nothing to makes you feel in a restaurant... just a cantina, school restaurant for kids who wants their fries, pasta, with chicken nugget.
i had not even the opportunity to eat a beafsteak, or a fish, in a place like mallorca! all the products were like coming from lidl or aldi and being cooked in quantity over quality... saucisses and other supposed meat were feeling like tasting plastic junks.
Going at restaurant with clean and fresh clothes, going out with clothes smelling food for the day...
2 elevator for the whole hotel, 2 times main elevator in maintenance at peak time(dinner / breakfast).
Dirty elevators, smelling awful like wet dog very often, digital board with supposed floor levels not even working in main elevator.
Room cleaning service leaving some hair on the ground all over the room after washing floor... don't know whose hair it was...i guess never using vaccum in that hotel.
Room service forgetting to change two times 1 of the 2 main bathroom towels... we were 2.... we do not use 1 towel for 2 person.
A Cash making hotel, for the price we paid we didn't even had free towels to go at the beach, every extra bits expected from a 4* to be included were not. You had to pay for it.
The hotel is clearly not for adults only, it is a family based hotel, 80% designed for German families with 40+ TV channels in german, 2 Italian, 3 french, 4 english...
The Hotel feels like to be the top hotel of the village, because it all looks poor standing all over the place... they are on top of a cheap place.

Stanza all 6 piani, sotto il rooftop, dunque dovevamo chiudere le finestre se volevamo silenzio prima delle 23.ma non molto grave.

Since the hotel is located in the heart of the restaurant area and close to the sea, there was quite a lot of noise coming from the streets, especially after midnight. It was manageable for a two-night stay, but I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for a longer visit.

What I particularly didn’t like was the pricing of the drinks during dinner. I understand that drinks are not included in the meal price, but they shouldn’t be more expensive than those at the restaurants right next to the hotel. (On the contrary, I would expect reduced prices specifically during dinner for hotel guests.) For example, soft drinks cost €2.90 outside, while the hotel charged €3.60. A pitcher of water, which is offered free of charge in the lobby, was also charged at around €3. I found this quite annoying.

Finally, having a kettle in the rooms would be a nice addition.

dwa łóżka pojedyncze złączone razem, które się rozjeżdżały

Forse unica pecca ,è la presenza di soli 2 ascensori che risultano spesso occupati, visto il numero degli ospiti.

Leider sind die Türen immer sehr laut ins Schloss gefallen, das war manchmal etwas störend.

Ningún aspecto negativo a destacar.
