Great value, excellent breakfast.
Pros:

We stayed for a quick overnight after arriving at New Chitose airport, the hotel is about a 10-15 minute drive from the rental car agency. The room was very small, as was the bathroom, so I did not expect much for the included breakfast. The next morning I was blown away, it was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. A huge selection of Japanese and western items, all very good. I went back for thirds!

Cons:

The room we were in was very small: it looked like it was designed for a single bed however two beds were in it, so not much room to move: a couple feet around the perimeter of the beds. Not a big deal for us because we arrived late and just needed a place to sleep before we left the next morning, but it would be cramped if one were to stay a couple days.
