Very bad
Pros:

Yes the shower certain was broken and absolutely disgusting and flor was not clean there was no facility in the room I will not recommend this place to anyone

Pros:

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber und ruhig. Der sehr günstige Preis in zentraler Lage sehr überzeugend, auch wenn es vielleicht im Gang etwas schmuddelig war und man die später heimkommenden Zimmernachbarn hörte. Ein Hotel, wo man als Alkeinreisende weiß, man ist nicht alleine da!

Preis-Leistung und Lage super
Pros:

Die Lage und der Preis waren sehr gut, die Rezeption war freundlich, wir durften sogar etwas früher die Zimmer beziehen. Der Straßenlärm zur Nacht war hörbar, es lies bald nach. Man hätte sich am Empfang auch warme und kalte Getränke holen können. Für Kurzaufenthalte ist das Hotel ok.

Cons:

Der nächtliche Straßenlärm, konnte lange nicht einschlafen und duschen war nicht möglich, da der Duschvorhang halb abgerissen runter hing.

Kind gestures of the staff is what is remained with me not the negative sides!
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and ''human'' I have to say. Quite helpful and kind in a way that I forgot about the drawbacks of the hotel. They are aware that the hotel needs renovation and they are doing their best to compensate for this (by providing free coffee and tee, friendly gestures, leaving handwritten card in the room and so on). They are planning to renovate and I wish them good luck! The location is also great. Perfect place if you are travelling for a short period/for work (like myself) and you are looking for a budget friendly place to staty in Munich.

Cons:

There were no options for breakfast. The walls are so thin I could hear everything in the hall. But at the end I was happy with my stay despite the other mentioned stuff.

Very good spot and a good price but the place is a little tired the facilities could be upgraded.
Pros:

Checking in and getting in and out of the building was fine and we checked in late in the evening with no problems. The room was adequate but too hot and too cold through the night. Staff were very pleasant, helpful and available.

Cons:

Noise in the night from neighbours.

Super und ruhig.obwohl Innenstadt.
Pros:

Unterkunft im Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
Sehr gut geschlafen.
Alles fußläufig in der Innenstadt erreichbar. Trotz guter U-Bahnnähe für spontanen Abendspaziergang zum Hotel entschlossen, angenehm, schön und habe die quirlige ruhige Atmosphäre genossen.
Buchung war ohne Frühstück.
Werde wieder buchen.
