Nice room, great breakfast!
Pros:

THe room was a little larger than in many Japanese hotels, and the breakfast was excellent!

Cons:

There was some confusion at checkin with the staff forgetting to give me a breakfast coupon on the second day, but it was easily remedied when I followed up.

I love the ambience, the staff and the location of the hotel but for the cleaning incident.
Pros:

The room is slightly bigger than other hotels' of the same price. Location is excellent. Staff are very helpful. The lightbulb of my bathroom broke on the first night of my week-long stay. After I requested the repair at 5 am, the staff came fixing it in 10 minutes so that I could have my shower before venturing out！

Cons:

The cleaning staff seemed to have made a mistake and threw away my exfoliating washcloth towel and my own drinking glass along with the paper ones! They are not expensive stuff but things I re-use for traveling for environmental sustainability!

Also the hotel is way too warm most of the time and there's no way to lower the temperatures.
