目的地にほどほど近かったこと

Cons:

新1000円札が自販機で使えなかった。カードキーを忘れて部屋を出た為、フロントに行き渡されたカードキーが使えず、フロントに再度行ったら、設定されていないカードキーだったらしく、PCを操作して「これで使えます」と言われたが、何も謝罪はなかった。女湯は暗証番号が毎日変わるので、次の日の朝もお風呂に入りたかったが、寝起きのまま暗証番号を聞きにフロントまで行く気になれず、結局部屋のシャワーで済ませた。

対面は対面で大切ですが、裏方の人達の丁寧な清掃などが伝わりとても良かったです。

Pros:

フロントにあるコーヒーがおいしかった。
温泉があること。
ドライヤーの風量が多く、早く髪が乾くことが1番1番本当によかった。
浴衣のズボンがついていてよかった。

Cons:

お風呂で体が洗えるミニタオルがもう一枚各部屋に置いて欲しかった。洗面所に一枚、バスタオル一枚だと足りなくなる

予想外に快適
Pros:

スタッフがとても一生懸命に働いていて、レストランの場所も調べてくださり、とても親切な対応でした。

泊まったことのないホテルなので、まったく期待していなかったというか、ある程度、残念なのを覚悟して行ったのですが、とても良かったです。

Cons:

連泊したので、女性大浴場のナンバーが翌日は変わっていたのを知らずに入力してしまい、ロックされました。

渡された紙に書いてあったのですが、老眼でよく見えず。
チェックインの時に、口頭でご案内いただきたかったです。
