Pros:

フロントの方の対応が丁寧で嬉しかったです

Cons:

窓の外はすぐ隣のビルの壁だったので何も見えず、朝日もわからなかった。
予約の際に案内があったり、少しお値段が安かったりしたらよかったなと思います

大浴場が鍵付きロッカーになれば。貴重品入れはありましたが。

the hotel staff is kind and professional

Cons:

the room was gloomy, small and with a platic bathromm that I have not seen for decades.
The breakfast depressing: non-tasty and low quality food, not to speak of the free coffee in the hall.
