Overall a good stay and I will be back
Pros:

Awesome location on the water. Rooms are outdated but still a good stay. The tiki bar has good food and drinks. Staff was nice.

The Wi-Fi is terrible

Great location but not great food
Pros:

Excellent view of the water from the balcony, air conditioners work great! Pet friendly and just the best location! Staff is super friendly!

Cons:

The property’s on site restaurant menu has changed so much. There’s not much to choose from. And the food we did eat wasn’t that great. Gator tail is SUPER chewy. Don’t recommend the food there.

We will definately be back prior to the Marriott take-over.
Pros:

Everything was perfect! View, room, just everything. Staff was EXCELLENT!!

Cons:

They will be changing the quant vibes of this hotel when the Marriott comes in. Sad changing to large corporate hotel.

Pros:

Everything you need in one spot! Didn’t have to leave the property for anything.. from putting boat in water, docking, and restaurant and ice! Place has it all! View is amazing and staff were beyond helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent location on the water in Crystal River
Pros:

Excellent location in Crystal River, and a very convenient restaurant on property with great sunset views.
Hotel is located right on the water, tour operators are available right off the docks (Manatee tours) and boat ramp (kayak & SUP).

Cons:

Dated and worn. Needs an upgrade, but I believe they’re building a new hotel next door.

Don’t stay there- so overpriced and discusting

1. It was not clean-woodwork black
2. Bed was awful- soft and bedding kept falling off bed
3. Bathtub finish peeling off tv and water never got hot
4. Smelled from cleaning agents, rooms below smoking even when I asked them not to smoke and awful smell from food from restaurants below
5. No shampoo and soap that didn’t even clean
6. Property in total disrepair- rotten wood everywhere, including steps
7. Nice by the lake but in the middle

What a great view!
Pros:

This is a bit of a dated hotel but the staff was friendly, the room clean and the view was great! Really enjoyed having our own balcony to watch the sunset over the water. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great. Had all we needed for an overnight stay. The area was great for walking around, too.

Cons:

Just could be updated but really a nice place.

Really love Crystal River. Cute small town. Great restaurants. Too many boats and people in water.

Didn't have breakfast. Love the location and the views. Old Florida vibe. Really good restaurant on site.

Cons:

Lots of construction next door. It is my understanding that they are going to demolish the original building and build another one. Hate to hear that. It may need some updating but a new structure is really going to change the Old Florida feel and give them an excuse to charge more. We have stayed there at least 5 times and makes us really sad.
Very nice neighbors next door but for some reason when they came out to fish, they set up their chairs in front of our patio view by the water and they smoked so that's what I smelled, not the water.
