This business hotel makes a reasonable base for exploring the Shiretoko National Park, given that options in Utoro are very limited. It is functional and a bit charmless, though facilities are all ok. The interior could do with renovating, as it all looks dark and gloomy. The mattresses were rather hard and the breakfast buffet wasn't up to the standard of other hotels we've stayed in - no fresh fruit, margarine instead of butter, unpleasant coffee (there's a better quality in the machine in reception). Staff were all pleasant enough.

夜の７時頃にチェックインし、フロントで食事場所を教えていただき出かけたのですが、元々閉まっている、閉店前のオーダーストップなどで、外で食べることができずに、仕方なく、コンビニで簡単なものを買って食べるしかなかったのが残念でした。

ホテルはきれいでしたがなぜか喫煙ルームに。
Pros:

禁煙の部屋を予約していたのになぜか喫煙の部屋を案内されました。チェックイン時にあれ？わたしが間違えたのかな？と思ったのですが、その後確認したらちゃんと禁煙の部屋を予約していました。もう疲れていたし部屋に荷物を広げていたので部屋変えはお願いしませんでしたが、間違われたことは初めてだったのでしっかりと確認してから部屋を案内してほしかったです。
ホテルは綺麗でした。

サービスは効率化をしていますが、悪くはなかったです
部屋、浴場とも清潔で必要な物は揃っていました
ただ、EVが一機でタイミングで待つ事も。
近年キャリーケース利用が多くなり乗れない事もありました
階段を利用したくても表示がなかく見つけにくいです
